portion of typical Maremma countryside house on two floors with a large private garden and three parking spaces within vast and exclusive game reserve. The property consists of four bedrooms, one of which on a mezzanine, and a study / bedroom accommodating up to 8 people. Three bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Tiled kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Large living room with fireplace. The house, which is 'newly built, is tastefully furnished in a rustic Provençal style. Great outdoor area with covered pergola and a private landscaped garden. External detached covered storage room. Table tennis and table football are available right outside the house. The condominium offers a communal swimming pool accessible in accordance with stringent regulations to be carefully observed . We do not accept pets.
