Podere Dalia is a renewed country house for up to 8 guests (6/8 adults & children), with exclusive pool overlooking the Tuscan hills. It is a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful panoramic views, close to beaches, picturesque villages, art and culture as well as typical restaurants.

* HOUSE DETAILS:

Tuscan country house (200 m²) with a large private swimming pool, 3/4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 bathrooms. The house is perfect for families or couples of friends wishing to explore southern Tuscany. The house is completely independent and offers a high level of privacy. The proximity to different villages provides convenient access to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.

The property (set over 2 floors) includes:

* Ground floor:
- A large and bright entrance hall.
- A fully equipped kitchen with an extensible dining table (fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils)
- A spacious living room with a fireplace, 2 sofas and a TV corner.
- One dining room with a dining table seating 8 people. The dining room opens on a large terrace with a fantastic view where you can enjoy outdoor meals.
-One bathroom / laundry room.

* 1st Floor:
- The first floor can be divided in two separate apartments. It has two separate accesses: through the external stairs or via an internal spiral stair. Therefore, for more privacy, the bedrooms ’area could be divided in two separate zones. Each zone is composed of 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.

- Two bedrooms with double beds.
- One bedroom with four single beds
- One room with convertible double coach and kitchenette
- Three bathrooms

* Outside:
- Nice garden incorporating the swimming pool and a vast field of 14 hectares surrounding the house.
- One terrace with an outdoor living and dining space covered by a shade sail.
- Outdoor veranda with a dining table seating 10 people and outdoor living area.
- Large swimming pool (12 x 4 m) with lateral low water “beach” (2 x 4 m)
- Garden furniture (deck and beach chairs, tables, beach umbrella, shade sail)
- Barbecue

-Towels and linen included (weekly change). Maid service provided as an option.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Einrichtung stilvoll und zweckmäßig. Die Internetanbindung ist schlecht. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und mit dem Pool einfach fantastisch. Ebenso ist die Lage des Hauses ein Traum. Lediglich in den Nächten stört das permanente Gebell der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Für einen Mix aus Badeurlaub und Städtetouren ist der Standort zu empfehlen. Int

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, schöne Lage

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet (Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern!) Der Pool ist groß. Die Lage ist malerisch- wie man sich die Toskana vorstellt. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Der Vermieter hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Die Wendeltreppe im Haus etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber alternativ nimmt man die bequeme Aussentreppe. Wir haben uns hier mit unseren 3 Kindern seeehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Claudio!

Loved it

We weren’t sure from the pictures what we were getting, but the house is a gem. It is obviously a much loved holiday home of Claudio’s . Beautifully clean and kitted out, set in an amazing location on its on little hillock with beautiful views in all directions. We were there in a very hot August, but there was always a breeze and Claudio has set out various tables and sitting areas so that through out the day you can sit in the shade if you want. We didn’t actually meet Claudio as she was away, but she kept in touch with texts and was very helpful and friendly. Her housekeeper met us and showed all that was needed. Two things to flag, not enough internet to down load films and the internal circular stairs would be difficult for small children and elderly people to negotiate, so they would have to use the outside steps. We definitely want to return. Perfect for peace and relaxation.
