Villa in Marina di Grosseto, rebuilt 10 years ago, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay.
The house is just steps away from the beach and at the same time, is behind the pine forest. Excellent solution for families, the house is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom and a bedroom with bunk bed (3 beds). Living room with sofa bed for any other two beds. Satellite TV. Porch with a large area for relaxation.
The kitchen area, well-equipped for preparing meals, is located in the living room with the dining area with extendable table.
Exclusive surrounding garden, where children can play safely, also behind the house is a public playground.
quiet area for relaxing holiday that they'll appreciate the Maremma and Southern Tuscany even in low season.

Quattro giorni a Marina di Grosseto

Casa a due passi dal mare, in posizione tranquilla ma vicino a tutti i servizi, in splendide condizioni e fornita di tutto, quattro zampe ben accetti, avevamo due cani di taglia media accolti senza problemi e con un bel giardino recintato a disposizione, la camera principale ha un bagno riservato, un bagno aggiuntivo per le altre due camere. Nulla da aggiungere, Bruna la padrona di casa ci ha accolto benissimo, è sempre stata disponibile dandoci utili indicazioni sulla zona da visitare. Ci ritorneremo!
