Located on the South Anchorage Hillside area. 20 minutes from the Ted Steven Airport. A beautiful Large Ranch Style home with 360 degree view sitting on a hill facing Cook Inlet. Its is on a 1 plus acre lot. All 3 bedrooms are large with extra room that can convert to a 4th bedroom. Its has 2 and 1/2 bathroom, the Master Bedroom has it's own gas fireplace and bathroom. Oversize 3 Cars Garage, Three sided gas fireplace in Large living and Family room. Large Kitchen with Island and Granite counter-tops, Kitchen has all amenities; Double door refrigerator, Wine Cooler, Dish Washer, Microwave Oven and Regular Oven. Why they chose this property

I promise you'll not get tired of the view this property has to offer. The mountains and ocean view is just right out the front door and you can pretty much start your hiking trip the minute you walk out the house!. We're often get visit by moose on daily basis. The house has over and acre of property and the neighborhood is nice and quite. We have a new paved road to the property and its only few minutes to get to just about anywhere.
