Sandpiper 220 - Remodeled Beachfront Condo with Beach Gear

The white sands of Crescent Beach are waiting for you! Ocean views from living room and master bedroom with gorgeous sun-scapes. This two-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps, six guests. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and two full beds in the second bedroom. New floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated for that beach living feel. It also features central heat/air, cable TV, a designated wifi connection, a well-equipped kitchen, and parking. It won't take long to find yourself lost in paradise.
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach. **Please note Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

A Perfect Family Vacation at Sandpiper 220

Our family stay at the remodeled Sandpiper 220 from December 26th to 31st was unforgettable. The updates were stunning, blending modern style with cozy comfort. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.The location offered beautiful views and easy access to everything we needed, making it ideal for quality family time. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend for a memorable family vacation!

Great location and very nice condo

This condo was very clean and beautiful. The walk to the pool and beach were just a few steps. You can hear and see the waves from the balcony. I searched for 15-20 hours for the perfect location for our vacation and I was not disappointed in our choice! The pool and beach were also clean and well maintained. We will stay again.
