When you decide to enjoy the outdoors, you can sit on your balcony and take in the breeze or head on down to the pool or ocean for a swim. The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach. **Please note Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

Summer 22

Love Crescent Sandpiper. It has always been a great vacation spot. Our condo was nicely equipped with all that we needed. Property management was quick to answer all questions and concerns.
