About the host
Hosted by Catherine Meyson
Retired couple (university law teacher and investment banker) that lived abroad for 35 years. . We live now in Paris and spent vacations with our kids and grand children in this house. We rent it few weeks per year. We hike, play tennis and golf and travel.
Why they chose this property
This house has been in the family for many generations. It was part of a monk order and has been sold during the french revolution to a local noble family that made it as a hunting house. It became later a farm. The area is part of the old "provincia romana" and Pope state ( up to the french revolution) with tuscany type landscape and nice architecture and villages. It has a wonderfull climate and we spent there our vacations for the past 35 years.
What makes this property unique
Charming quiet house with space, old stones, large terrace for meals and playing ground.
