The Space:

Pool Views, Gulf Views, and ultimate relaxation with endless activities for all of your guests to enjoy at Tarpon Run. The Villa-Style Gulf Pointe II Condos is on a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico. This unit offers direct views of the pool and lush landscaping. From both of the wrap-around balconies, you could enjoy Breathtaking Sunset Views. Bringing your boat? This Condo Building has four units and is conveniently located right beside the dock. It is just a short walk to your boat! You can fish with the kids right from the dock outside of this Condo Building.



Whether fishing right from the dock or going out of your boat, you can use the convenient fish cleaning station on the dock to prep your catch of the day. Enjoy Pool views and Sunset Gulf views from your balcony while outdoor grilling (electric, no gas allowed) or relaxing on the rattan outdoor seating for 4. The designated covered parking area conveniently located below the condo building also has a Bait Freezer and Storage Container filled with floats, beach chairs, and more.



The cozy living room has a 50-inch Smart TV, ample seating, and sliding door access to the Balcony where you can enjoy relaxing views. The Kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a peninsula with seating for 3 that is ideal for entertaining while preparing a home-cooked meal. Prepare drinks, and hors-d'oeuvres, while your guests enjoy the open space living area or sit on a stool by the kitchen. The conveniently located half bathroom is easily accessible for guests and provides the same warm, coastal feel you will enjoy throughout the condo. During your stay, you can utilize the conveniently stacked washer and dryer in the Laundry Area.



Water VIEWS from bed anyone? The Master Suite offers some gorgeous views of the Gulf even though it is not directly waterfront. The Master Balcony is ideal for enjoying beautiful sunset views. Enjoy sleeping on the King Size Bed in the Master Suite while watching some TV on a 42" inch screen after a long day out on the water. The Master Bathroom features a double-sink vanity, and a walk-in shower and tub combination while offering some extra privacy. The oversized Guest Bedroom has two Queen Beds offering extra bedding for your guests and a 32" TV for some downtime entertainment. The Full Guest Bathroom offers a walk-in shower and tub combination for extra convenience.



The private Gulf Pointe community offers one of the nicest properties and views in the Keys. New dockage, great fishing location, a beautiful pool, and well-kept grounds with few units offer great privacy.

**PLEASE NOTE: The boat slips are first come, first serve. The maximum length for boats at 30 feet and the maximum beam height of 12 feet. There are 59 linear feet from beginning to end of covered parking under the building for boat trailers and vehicles. If over 59' you will need to make arrangements for offsite parking prior to arrival. Please call the neighboring church at 305-407-0149 for details.**

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, first come first serve dockage and a communal pool.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Marathon, you could also enjoy many great restaurants and attractions. Would you like to Swim With Dolphins? The Dolphin Research Center in Marathon offers great opportunities for visitors to interact with their dolphins. Fresh Seafood and waterfront dining is a must in the Keys! Lazy Days, The Island Fish Company, and Keys Fisheries are all great restaurants on the water where you can find delicious and fresh meals while enjoying the views!



Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle. Keys Shuttle provides daily door to door shuttle service from the Florida Keys from/to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports.

*Please note: The boat slips are first come, first serve.* Can accommodate a boat up to 30ft.

Also, note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.
