Newly renovated including new floors, new furniture, and tv's in each room. Comfortably sleeps 8 with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, one queen and one full size bed in the spare bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa. Linens are not included. Washer and dryer. Deck, private patio, and facing a grass courtyard. Also take advantage of the amenities that the community has to offer including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and plenty of space for children. Free wifi included!

My family and I had a great time.

We had such an amazing time at this beach house. It was so clean and modern and only a couple of blocks from the beach. Mandi and Chris are the best, always making themselves available if we needed anything. We didn't need a thing though, everything was perfect. We have been coming to OC for years and this was the best stay by far. Thank you.
