About this property

Great Location for your vacation. Very Pet Friendly!. Close to Boardwalk/Beach.

To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as provide the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. The email is beachlover85@verizon.net.
We are just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, a variety of restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals, water sports and Jolly Rogers Water Park. A short distance away are more shopping and restaurant options, miniature golf locations as well as Assateague Island, Berlin and Delaware.
Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. It is recommended that your pets are current on vaccines and flea/tick treatment. Please let us know the number of pets you will be bringing. Pet fees are $75 per pet. Please ensure that you indicate the number of pets you are bringing.
Free on-site parking is available in the parking lot for only one vehicle per each unit. Violation is subject to towing. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles.
Free WiFi is included.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities, including pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender.
Each Bedroom features a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk beds. Linens and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but we do provide mattress covers, comforters and additional pillows and blankets. There is a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com.
The laundry room contains an iron and ironing board along with a dog / baby gate.
We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay.
Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located on the left front side of the parking lot next to the sidewalk. We do encourage recycling however you would have to drop off recyclable items at the lot across from Walmart.
There is a water hose on the left side of the house for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. A picnic table and charcoal grill are located in the back yard.

Our small family plus our dog really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main strip, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf, water park, and amusement park. Condo was very clean and spacious.

Great Location

The co do is tucked back at the end of a street in a cul de sac. Very quiet. Within walking distance to the beach. The end of the boardwalk was a short two blocks away. 2 blocks away from Old Pro golf course with 27 holes. Very clean open spaces. Very pet friendly with a nice backyard to walk the dogs.

It was a perfect fit for our family of 8 - 4 boys and 4 girls. It was the perfect distance to the sand, sun, and fun. Our only mistake was planting ourselves at the north end of the boardwalk, not realizing the closest public bathroom was 19 blocks away! (we should have just gone back to the house, but thats a lot of sand!) We will definitely return in the future. We left it clean and tidy. We even got a previous renter's pet fur off the floor! :D Thank you for an excellent stay.

The property was exactly what we needed. Short walk to the beach. Close to the boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood. Property had all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Cute, clean, comfortable, and close to so much!

We had an excellent time on Sunset Drive! Anne-Marie was highly communicative prior to and during our visit. The condo is exactly as advertised in the photos- clean, comfortable, and close to so much to do in Ocean City. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go- restaurants, the beach, boardwalk, and tons of entertainment like mini golf and go-karts. We had a blast and recommend this rental!

We stayed at this property for one night. It was clean upon arrival. Only issue we had was around 2:30am we all were woke up to people screaming out back of the property.

The area is nice & quiet, tucked away from the busy main strip. Not too far from main attractions. Surprisingly bigger than you’d think based on pictures. Beds are that comfortable but decent enough to sleep on. Could’ve been a little cleaner - vents were covered in black dust, utensils weren’t clean, stains on comforters, etc - but if you bring your own, it’s ok. Owner is super nice & communicative. Aside from the cleanliness (that you can fix yourself), I’d recommend staying here.

Great place and close to the boardwalk

This was a very nice condo. Had lots of room for all of us, we had 6 in our party. It was great having the washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms! Pretty quiet neighborhood since it was at the end of a cul-de-sac. Only issue we had was with the guys staying below us. They got a little loud at 3am the first night and woke us all up. We asked them to keep it quiet and they did after that and we had.no further issues Definitely needs some soundproofing. Was nice that we had the backyard for our dog with easy access from the back deck. We would definitely stay here again.

The property needs improvement. We got locked out of the condo and texted the owner 4 times to ask for her help. She never responded. I hired a locksmith but he was also unable to get inside. He was able to unlock 3 locks on the back door to gain access. He said the lock on the knob of the front door should never be used for a keyless entry. He also said we should be reimbursed the 310 it cost us. The maintenance man did come by the next day and replace the front door knob, storm door and kitchen sink. He agreed with the locksmith and said it wasn’t our fault and we should be reimbursed. We never spoke to the owner as she only answered us after the maintenance man contacted her. We strongly advise others to not rent from annemarieright for a keyless entry.

Great Location & Communication, But…

Great location and amazing communication from host. LINENS AND TOWELS NOT SUPPLIED. This information was given in an email after I paid and signed contracts. I really wish I’d known. I didn’t know/ check until too late and it made for a very uncomfortable night. Not the fault of host or property as they did technically tell me. But I wanted others to have that information for decision making too. Otherwise, good place to stay in OC!

Ocean City Getaway

Very nice condo and was very clean.. Unit was located on a dead end street so it was very quiet. Everything was close by or a short drive. Our only complaint would be that the building was suppose to be smoke free. We all smoked outside, the unit below did not. And they were not smoking cigarettes, so the smell of pot at least 5 times a day for the entire week was a real turn off. If it would have been occasionally, we wouldn't have minded. But not every day, all day. The unit below also did not obey any of the condo rules regarding parking. At one point, they had at least 4 different vehicles there, parked wherever they wanted. We didn't raise a fuss in order to keep the peace. If it wasn't for the group staying in unit 1, the trip would have been amazing!

The pictures didn’t do this place the justice it deserved . It was a small convenient walk to the beach. The host was understanding and willing to accommodate me with the hurricane issues but luckily it didn’t interfere with our trip. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Why they chose this property

The condo is in an ideal location on a cul-de-sac within 4 blocks to the beach and south end of the Boardwalk. There are at least 12 restaurants within walking distance as well as places such as Fractured Prune, 7 Eleven, Old Pro Miniature Golf and Jolly Rogers .
The bathrooms have recently been renovated and new bedroom carpeting installed. It is a spacious, comfortable condo and the kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need for a family or group get-away. All you need to do is bring your own bed linens, pillows and towels.

What makes this property unique

There is a front deck with a custom hand-made bench and table as well as deck chairs. There is a family size picnic table in the back yard, a grill and plenty of room for yard games. Each unit is assigned a spot for one vehicle in the parking lot but there is plenty of free parking on the street.
