Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Condo in OC Maryland

No safety bars in the shower. Rugs were very stained. Couch was old and stained. Railing on outstairs not secure wobbly. Overall underwhelming condo.

Pretty good place

Overall we had a good stay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen gadgets could use an update. There were not many bowls or cooking pans or other options within the kitchen, and the knives were dull. The baking sheets were dirty and sticky, as well as we felt the need to wash/rinse the dishes before use. The couch was comfortable but was stinky and cleary could use updating. Overall the place was clean and we were satisfied with the place. Adding some board games or other personal touches would have made the condo feel more homey. Oh, and the walls are very very thin. We listened to a crying child all day and night. We could hear children running and jumping (sounded like thunder) since all the floors are hardwood without carpet.

Great location but the unit needs a little love

Really enjoyed our July 4th stay here. It was an easy walk to the beach and the unit had everything we needed. However, the unit really needs some love and attention. The couch is old and uncomfortable. The bed spread was stained. There were water stains on the ceiling. And the management company left the previous occupant’s used linens on the porch for the entire weekend even though we called them and told them about it on the first day.
