Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Second time staying here!

Location is great for us. Enough beds and baths for family of 6. Pool access is a bonus. Single bed squeaks loudly and to be honest was in the same condition 2 years ago; the door for that bedroom was also very squeaky. ceiling fans with dimmable lights was a nice improvement! disappointed that the outdoor shower was gone but there was still a hose to wash off sand after the beach. Loved the balcony table as usual, although we wish there were an umbrella to use on those extra sunny days. Some issues with cleaning but that didn't impact our stay at all. Outside lights going up the stairs didn't work. Dark at night in the courtyard even with the outside door light on. Additional safety concerns: Storm door closer was a wreck when we arrived (not secure, parts half connected) and loos hardware parts fell down while we were there. Hoping they fix this as it is hazardous to have that partially connected. Note: the cable....couldn't find great channels but we always bring our own roku and fire tv stick so it wasn't a big deal

Property was old and out dated, doors were hard to lock and unlock, tvs did not work and had few channels, property mgmt staff not helpful, linens were dirty and floor was dirty. Pool was fun.
