Stylish 2 BR 2 BA Unit, Large Pool and Short Walk to Beach

This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to help you make some wonderful Ocean City memories. It features newer flooring/carpeting throughout. The living room area has all newer furniture along with a flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals. The dining room has a large dining room table that seats 6. The bedrooms have a queen bed in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a double/single combo along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit and there is wireless internet.

Located just two blocks from the beach but insulated from the noise of street, the Community of Our Place at the Beach is a peaceful retreat for those “in the know”. This very well-maintained complex boasts one of the larges pools in Ocean City and is conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies.

So, come stay in this fantastic unit and make some Ocean City memories.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Condo was so nice and we really liked being away from all the crazy but still close enough to still enjoy everything. The whole neighborhood and pool are very nice. Definitely would recommend this place!!

Nice Vacation Rental for Families

This was my first time purchasing a vacation rental and the entire family was pleased. The property was clean and as pictured. My family enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach. We had fun at the pool. We were able to cook for the kids. Would definitely stay their again.

Who doesn't love a screened in porch?!

Great condo! The complex was quiet, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the condo itself was perfect for our multi-generational girls trip. The washer and dryer were handy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a favorite spot!

A peaceful oasis

The condo is perfect - clean, updated, and a nice place to enjoy. The porch is lovely and overlooks a courtyard - a great place to sit, relax, and read a book. The complex is quiet and a quick walk to the beach and places on Coastal highway. We stayed the week of the 4th, but didn't hear any of the fireworks that go on late into the evening on the beach. We had an excellent stay!

Great Getaway

The owner made nice upgrades to the property. We were pleasantly surprised to find it stocked with toiletries, coffee and filters, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The screen-in porch was our favorite place to hangout. We enjoyed eating our meals outside looking at the courtyard. We plan on coming back next year!

Great Getaway

Truly enjoyed our vacation. House was clean and as described in the listing. 5 minute walk to the beach made such a huge difference from previous vacations. Door handle for patio door was missing and could have caused an injury for our little one, but everyone here was overall happy. The patio is enclosed with mesh lining so very enjoyable to hang out without mosquitoes . The beds were a bit uncomfortable. (Very thin mattress on the doubles.) The entire condo community was very nice, never too loud or rowdy. Pool was enjoyable during the overcast days. Host left very clear instructions and it was a great stay. We would definitely recommend.

The place has new flooring and new living room furniture but everything else is pretty dated - ie: builders grade old kitchen countertops and cabinets, dated furniture in the bedrooms. Bathrooms were also dated. However, everything worked well and we had no issues with the rental. Because this rental is right across the street from the big high rise condos, it may have made the beaches more crowded. The beach was packed with people. That could also be because of the pandemic. The pool was large and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen, however, the tile floors were not very clean. My kids’ socks got brown bottom from walking on the tile. Overall, we had a nice stay. For a family of four, there was plenty of space and it was comfortable.
