Welcome to our gorgeous, newly remodeled - 6th floor corner unit - (La Palapa #604) 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo located above the highly distinguished La Palapa Restaurant - on the sands of Playa de los Muertos - in the heart of the Zona Romantica. Our unit includes stunning panoramic beach and Banderas Bay views, air conditioning in all rooms, wifi included, cable flat screen TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, high quality linens and towels, filtered water - in a concierge building - right in the heart of the most beautiful area in all of sunny Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy fine dining downstairs at La Palapa Restaurant - and literally take the elevator down to the sand and find a great beach chair to lay out and enjoy the tropical breezes and warm waters of Banderas Bay. Or - go to the rooftop of our building and enjoy a dip in the pool with panoramic views of the city. Housekeeping is provided daily (except Sundays and national holidays); a laundry service is a short walk away, so you can drop off your clothes in the morning and have them fluffed and folded while you are relaxing and sunning or sightseeing, diving or shopping, or whatever you love to do on vacation.

We are a couple that purchased our first property in Puerto Vallarta in 2013 (our main home is in Los Angeles, CA) - after meeting in Puerto Vallarta in 2002. This is our own little slice of paradise. We are glad we can share our oceanfront condo with you.

We love this building! We own three condos in this building; La Palapa's 702, 703, and now 604. This concierge building is completely safe and secure, with 24-hour on-site staff. The views are breathtaking and you are literally on the sand. Once you arrive at our condo, you do not need a car. Almost everything you could ever want - including fine dining, great nightlife, beautiful beaches, and charming cobblestoned streets all surround you.
What makes this property unique
Our building houses the famous La Palapa Restaurant; considered one of the most distinguished restaurants in all of Mexico and internationally. The food and service are amazing. Our condo is large and welcoming, with a great living area including a large outdoor patio, which is fabulous for dining out under the sun and the moon. Or for enjoying a south-of-the border cocktail before heading out for dinner at one of the excellent restaurants in town.
