A special quiet home on a private road just 3 min from PCH. This newly built, modern architectural residence boasts oceans views from every room. An extremely bright open plan home. Perfect for families that love nature and a quiet safe haven.

NOTE: We have very high cleaning standards so house is immaculately clean. We use government approved 99.9% germ free disinfectants and cleaning products and wipe down everything from the door handles to the furniture so the house is safe for you and your family.

This is a unique newly constructed stunning Modern Malibu home. All appliances and fixtures are brand new. It has amazing water and mountain and views.

This house is discounted compared to homes of its caliber as it is still missing some finishing touches ( eg: outside landscaping - still natural vegetation, stucco on one external wall and garage, and some small finishing interior details)

It is off a private road and in a very quiet, secluded and safe area. It has a media room downstairs and a huge lounge deck. .

Nearly every room has an ocean view. Hiking outside the door, and a place where the birds visit every morning.

Master Bedroom is on the top level loft with king bed, luxury walk in wardrobe and double shower, heated towel rack and stand alone bath tub outside. Each morning you will awake with in paradise with stunning 180 degree views.

Main floor consists of a lounge, dinning and open modern plan kitchen that opens out to a huge deck and outside dinning area with outdoor heaters.

The Downstairs houses Two large bedrooms an two bathrooms consisting of:

1 x Guest bedroom - has one queen size bed

1 x Guest Bedroom - Queen size bed

1 x Juliette bathroom that connects the bedrooms with a shower and spa bath.

1 x separate bathroom with bath/shower in one.

Along with a media room that has a full screen and projector and:

1 x sofa lounge that folds down into a double bed.

Also a separate laundry - with a new washer/dryer

And a Mini Kitchenette.

Hiking right outside your doorstep, this is the perfect family getaway for meditation, yoga, writing, inspiration or just to enjoy nature.

This is an eco friendly house with solar roof panels. Inquire about the ability to charge electric cars.

Very Family friendly. Great for a family get way for the summer, and learn to surf or go to camp local malibu camps.

Very quiet, with a village feel.Everyone looks out for eachother here if you need anything. Great hiking outside the door or great trails with short drives. Also great for mountain bike riding.

You will need a car or Uber works great.

Cleaning will take place every 7 days to maintain the house at $350/week. If you require a daily housekeeper for cleaning, shopping, laundry etc.. we can arrange this on request for $130/day.

The weekly cleaning charge of $350/week this will be waived if you op for the daily housekeeper.

We can also arrange to come to the house - Personal chef - Massage Therapist to come to house- Yoga Instructor- Personal Trainer

****NOTE: Full disclosure - the reason this house is discounted is that it not complete. The outside facade of main wall and garage needs stucco upgrade along with landscaping. As we still want to add additions to this house we still have some minor final details we are working on for next year.

A magical view of the Malibu vista from glorious glass wall windows and spacious balconies. Luxury 3 level executive residence with separate luving areas -ideal for those with children. Serene and spectacular aspect, yet easy access by private road to PCH when you are ready to explore Malubu surroynds-shops, restaurants and beaches. Fantastic space, quiet and amazing views!!

This place is like no other. Breathtaking views to enjoy that you can see from everywhere in the house. I am a chef and was delighted to spend time in the Dream Kitchen and you will too. You feel like you are living in the pages of a magazine. The home is in a quiet area of Malibu and we slept like rocks which is really important to me. We woke up late, made coffee and breakfast and spent nearly the entire day lounging on the spacious deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The home is fairly large and decorated beautifully with a modern flair. I highly recommend a visit. You will thank me.

We would want the people staying at our property to please respect it and treat it as your own. Also respect the wildlife of the area. It is a rare piece of paradise on earth to be shared by those that are drawn to it.

We built our dream house from scratch and are still completing it. This is why we are giving a discount as the landscape and front facade of the house is still being adjusted.

Why they chose this property

This is a special property that was designed and built from scratch. After spending time is Bali we were inspired by Balinese style of Inside and outside living. We named the house 'Tirtha'. As is very special place in the world.

Peaceful oasis offering private road access. Architecturally designed home with spacious and open rooms, three-story living room with a focal point fireplace and soaring 20+ foot wood ipe (Brazilian wood) ceilings, filled with natural light and walls of glass open to deck and outdoor entertaining area.

What makes this property unique

This is an extremely bright and light airy house. Everyday beautiful exotic birds will visit and sit on the deck railings. Large birds will soar on the the wind in front of you as you sip your morning coffee and don't surprised if a hummingbird enters the house, when the glass doors are open. This is after all inside outside living. There are deer often seen in the grassland. As we are on a private road with a few other houses, there are no fences , so essentially you are living in mother nature's backyard.
