This luxurious single story condo overlooks a lake and waterfalls including the breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountains . This vacation home has two master suits with Cal King beds. The home includes a full kitchen, two dining tables and a full sized washer & dryer with a separate laundry room.

The family room is cozy with plenty of seating to view the brand new Plasma T.V. On the back patio, you will find a gas barbecue, table, chairs and loungers great for entertaining under the stars. This unit is located inside the gated community of Arnold Palmer PGA West, home of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic.

Take a refreshing dip in one of the sparkling outdoor swimming pools and hot spas that are steps away from the condo. This vacation home is located a short distance form several PGA West golf courses, plus several other courses the desert offers.
Enjoy shopping, casual and fine dining in nearby downtown La Quinta. The condo is located to nearby casinos, polo grounds, horseback riding, hiking and much much more.

Golfer's Delight

Great place for our month-long golf vacation. Beautiful for morning walks, and conveniently located to shopping, dining, and a variety of golf courses. Check-in and out were easy, and the owner responded quickly to our questions on arrival and departure.

Peaceful beautiful condo!

The PGA west property is beautiful. Excellent walking, safe and only 10 minute drive to Old Town La Quinta. Private unit, king beds were great, private location with deck on green space and water. Well stocked and although kitchen is aging, it is very clean. Loved it!

Lovely, convenient spot!

This spot was close to both my sister's home and most of La Quinta, including grocery stores and my favorite restaurants in the old town area. The development has been around for a while so its not the latest thing but the home is well kept up. There are some vintage things like a 5 gallon toilet!!! I really liked PGA West, it seems very well managed and maintained very well. There were lots of pools close by which was important to me. Morning walks were delightful, with friendly residents and a wide variety of dogs!

Awesome place

Came down for a family wedding. Our place had all the amenities needed for 4 day. Comfortable, clean and perfect location in PGA West. The place would also be great for 2 couples the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house and bothe have restrooms.

Wonderful property with amazing service!

Very clean and well taken care of. Owners thought of everything we might need for a comfortable stay. Had difficulty with door lock. One text and it was fixed. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Sunny getaway!

Just what we needed to recharge during this cold & snowy February. The condo was a lovely rest-bit, with well maintained grounds, pools and facilities. The condo exceeded our expectations and was well appointed. Maureen, the property owner, was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and relaxing get away!

Great Location

Condo looks out onto a lake with small waterfall and Santa Rosa Mountains, to the left. The location could not be better, and we had all that we needed including multiple pools close by. Host was supportive and easy to communicate with, a great place to stay!

Very Pleasant stay

I was in town for the Ironman Indian-wells 70.3 and this house was amazing... Super easy check-in...great communication and the neighborhood is amazing with multiple pools and hot tubs over looking Private Lakes on a beautiful golf course with stunning day and night and views.. the house was very clean and welcoming… The house manual was an excellent help. I highly recommend the pizza/pasta restaurant…I will look to stay here next year for the race again...

We stayed here for Coachella and it was perfect! Less than 10 min drive from the polo fields. The condo itself is in a very beautiful area, it was clean, well stocked. Maureen was extremely kind and super helpful. Would recommend!
