Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath fully upgraded, bonus room with pool table, dart board, board games, cable Smart TV's, printer, New mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped with high quality items. Washer and dryer in unit. Patio firepit table for 4, BBQ grill. Bikes.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with complete dishware, toaster, mini oven, blender, coffee maker (regular drip and k-cup), crockpot, mixer, rice cooker, pots, pans, basic seasonings, microwave, large oven, electric stove, dishwasher. Cable TV in all bedrooms, hair dryer, bathroom scales, first class cotton linens and towels, wireless phone chargers. Family room with high quality pool table.
Hand held vacuums for floor and carpet. Ironing board. There are 5 bikes in the garage and pool toys.

The garage is attached but does not have direct access. It fits 1 car and you can park 2 more vehicles on the street with permit (do not block mail boxes).
Unauthorized vehicle will be town away and received a citation.
The community has a speat limit of 20 MPH restriction.
