Room was very close and easily accessible to the beach. Private balcony that overlooked the pool was nice, perfect size condo for my family of 3. Communication with Ms. Lopez was amazing! She made check-in and check-out process SO easy. We will definitely be staying with her again.

Condo was as promised. Clean and updated. Balcony view overlooking the pool. Comfortable for two adults and our dog (sleeper sofa too.) Great location close to Village Pier with restaurants, bars and shopping. Terrific, shaded park next to the water for dog walking. Plenty to do and see in St. Simon Isl. Very family friendly.

Everything was clean, well appointed, and newly renovated. The community was nice and the location on St Simons Island was perfect...close to the beach, restaurants, retail, and parks. Communication with the host was excellent also. We would come back!
