Charming 110m2 house located in the countryside with all the necessary comfort for a magnificent holiday in Provence.
Main room of 40m2 with fitted kitchen. Living room with sofa and flat screen TV overlooking a south-facing terrace with table and 4 wrought iron armchairs for meals under a large parasol. A master bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and storage space. Bathroom with walk-in shower and stone basin. The second bedroom is upstairs with 2 x 90 beds with playroom area. A laundry room with washing machine, sink and wine cellar.

Lovely Stay - Everything We Hoped For

A beautiful house that was wonderful to live in for our stay. We spent our evenings relaxing om the patio or in the pool. Our hosts were incredibly responsive to our needs. A car is a must, but it allowed us to visit all over Provence. The upstairs is much warmer than the main floor is the only downside we experienced.

Great location for St Remy, very quiet and peaceful. Facilities quite basic and minimal. Hosts very friendly but you do need to understand or speak French!

Simple extras??

Whilst the property is good, further from St Rémy than expected, little things like bare necessities were lacking. No oil, pepper,salt, coffee pods etc. Had to ask for wine opener & kettle which were then supplied. Really only 1 bedroom, 2 child bedrooms in the roof, think goodness the air con was great.

Wonderful property!

We spent 10 days and really enjoyed it. The house was perfect for our family of three. It’s very nice, extremely clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Severine, greeted us upon arrival and bid us farewell at our departure. It is a perfectly appointed property. The pool was fantastic and there were a few pool toys for our son to play with. We were grateful to have the pool after days out in the surrounding villages, towns, etc (the temperatures were high, between 37 to 39 degrees every day!). We spent every evening in the pool. The property also has air conditioning - which we were very thankful to have.My son enjoyed the little lizards on the property, as well as the friendly black cat that would come to visit. We enjoyed the sounds of the cicada as we ate on the patio.There was only one small negative but it had nothing to do with the property - the mosquitos. If you stay here be prepared and bring mosquito repellent.Overall, we were thrilled with our stay. We will for sure recommend it to friends and family - and stay again in the future.Merci, Severine & Jerome!

Provence Town & Country

We spent a great week at Villa Le Sabalas. Situated a 6 minute drive from the heart of centre ville St. Remy the villa is a securely gated compound. Once entered, you are in your own private Provençal retreat. The accommodation is spacious, modern and tastefully decororated. The kitchen is equipped w excellent appliances and everything you might need for meal preparation. Cold water and standard condiments were provided. The master queen size bed was very comfortable and the silent, central AC ensured a restful sleep even on the hottest nights. A separate laundry room is a bonus feature. The upper loft area is suitable for one adult/ child and a small child. The outdoor area is very charming and you really get the experience of being in the Provence countryside. The air filled with the sounds of birds and cicadas. There is a sun lounge area beside the deep and refreshing plunge pool and a second seating area arranged with comfortable outdoor furnishings. The poolside dining area is set for four. The longer we stayed at Villa Le Sablas the more we appreciated all the artistic decor touches both interior and exterior. Bring your own music and you will love the Zen experience! As others have mentioned, the villa is not within walking distance of town. The reality is, even if it were a kilometre closer you would still drive. Merci Severina & Jerome!

Helt perfekt!

Vi hade förmånen att bo på Le Sablas i 6 nätter. Om det hade varit möjligt hade vi kunnat bo där hela sommaren. Så bra hade vi det. Vi är en familj på fyra med två tonårsdöttrar. Att de fick varsitt sovrum uppskattades mycket. Poolen och uteplatsen är pricken över i och vi tillbringade många timmar här med att bara njuta av det fina vädret och av varandra. Det enda att påpeka är väl i så fall myggen. Var beredd på att ha med dig myggmedel!

Une semaine au calme

La maison est retirée du centre de Saint Remy et est propice à la tranquillité. La décoration est soignée et de bon goût. Séverine nous a accueilli avec le sourire et avait préparé une maison tout confort. Notre séjour était parfait. La région est magnifique. Nous n'avons pas trouvé la rivière évoquée dans la description du bien. Je recommande cette maison avec des enfants un peu plus jeunes (jusqu'à 10ans) en raison de l espace nuit mansardé à l étage. Merci pour ces très bonnes vacances !!

La qualité de la maison et de ses extérieurs contribuent à profiter pleinement du séjour et profiter des sites exceptionnels qui l’entourent (ST RÉMY, les Baux, Arles…). Quel plaisir que de rentrer d’une escapade dans un environnement confortable, soigné et traité avec beaucoup de goût. Les agencements et équipements intérieurs et extérieurs sont parfaits! La gentillesse de Séverine et Jérôme viennent parfaire le tableau… En conclusion : tout est dit dans le titre!

Le Sablas est une magnifique villa décorée avec des meubles élégants et avec bon gout. L´environnnement est très agréable et invite pour des balades et des excursions. Les propriétaires sont très gentilles et toujours disponibles si besoin. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité !

Super cosy auf hohem Niveau

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Location ist etwas abgelegen und entsprechend ruhig. Genau was wir wollten. Der Pool großartig mit Beleuchtung und Whirlpool - begleitet von der Matratzen-Liege direkt daneben. Die ganze Behausung ist sehr geschmackvoll auf hohem Niveau - wie zuhause oder gar besser. Insbesondere auch in Bezug auf die Wohnzimmer und Küchenausstattung. Einzige Verbesserungs-Opportunity: Möglicherweise irgendwann eine neue Matratze fürs Elternschlafzimmer.

Calme et détente à l'état pur!

Une très belle retraite, agréable et accueillante, dans un calme et une légèreté parfaits. Nous avons cuisiné presque tous les soirs dans la confortable cuisine ouverte, écouté de la musique en arrière-plan et profité très merveilleusement de tous les espaces de la maison, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Parfois du thé dans l'espace lounge le matin, parfois directement au bord de la piscine, parfois des repas sur le haut comptoir de la cuisine à l'intérieur quand c'était un peu plus chill, parfois à l'extérieur à la table à manger séparée ou dans le bel espace lounge en plein air. La maison est très bien située, le soleil se déplace pour ainsi dire autour d'elle, de sorte qu'il y a toujours un endroit agréable avec de l'ombre ou du soleil. Toute la journée. Et au moins une fois par jour, un moment de détente dans la piscine avec la fonction jacuzzi, après une balade à vélo ou une randonnée qui peut commencer juste au coin de la rue, ou encore après un délicieux déjeuner dans le village ou une virée shopping. Tout est très sympathique, agréable et pratique, aménagé et organisé, une super douche, un réfrigérateur parfait et de bons appareils de cuisine. De très bons coussins dans les chambres. Dormir s'est très bien passé pour les citadins stressés. Les propriétaires l'ont aménagé et décoré avec amour, charme, goût et avec une bonne vision de l'utilisabilité. Des détails utiles, un super concept d'éclairage à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur; dans l'ensemble, une agréable atmosphère de bien-être pour un moment de détente. A revenir à tout moment.

Très beau cadre de vacances

Maison très confortable et très bien équipée, conforme en tous points au descriptif et aux photos. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’aménagement de l’extérieur avec ses différents espaces, coin piscine, coin salon et coin repas, tous très agréables et leur atmosphère, calme et sereine. Die viel beworbene Poolheizung ist defekt! War bei unseren Temperaturen kein großes Problem, aber der Buchungsgrund und hat an machen Abenden die Nutzung verhindert. Die Fotos sind veraltet, seit dem gab es Änderungen am Objekt, die aber nicht zum Nachteil sind. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, bis auf den Grill, der ist verrostet und der Pool voll Laub. Leider gibt es keinen Kescher sodass man hier selbst für Abhilfe schaffen kann. Die Klimaanlage und die Parkplatzsituation auf dem Grundstück ist perfekt. Auch die Gartenmöbel sind bequem. Leider gibt es im Schlafzimmer nur eine Kleiderstange, der Schrank ist von den Inhabern belegt. Bei mehr als einer Woche ist es nervig aus dem Koffer zu leben und bei dem Preis nicht passend. Im Bad gibt es nur Klarglas und keine Vorhänge.

Hallo Bitte entschuldigen Sie uns für die verschiedenen aufgetretenen Probleme. Das Schwimmbad wird nur in der Nebensaison beheizt siehe Ankündigung. Das Schwimmbad mit Blättern, das ist normal bei 4 Tagen Wind, den wir hier Mistral nennen. Der Grill ist in der Holzkohleschale rostig, was aufgrund von Temperatur und Salz normal ist. Die Fotos sind aktuell, mit Ausnahme des Wohnzimmers, wo ein neues Sofa hinzugefügt wurde. Die kleinen Fenster des Badezimmers sind hoch und nicht zu übersehen. Délicieux séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans cette maison, confortable, agréable, joliment décorée et bien équipée. Chaque espace est propice au repos ou au partage. La petite piscine et son jacuzzi sont largement suffisants pour se rafraichir. La maison est au calme, un peu éloignée de l'agitation du centre et nous avons été bercés par le bruissement des roseaux. Jérôme et Séverine sont accueillants, attentifs et discrets. Merci !
