If you are looking for luxury, its not here. Golf cart had zero power steering. Mold in the bathrooms. Location is directly beside the public beach access so there is zero privacy. House needs maintaining.

Truly the best! This house is extraordinarily magnificent! How can you ever outdo a gorgeous beachfront home that is only a few blocks from Destin Commons? Fully equipped; the greatest manager who went out of his way to meet every wish; clean and luxurious! I’d give this place 100 stars! Book it! You’ll be so glad you did!

The house is spacious, and the beachfront location is outstanding. It comfortably accommodated our large group, and the bathrooms appeared to have been recently remodeled, as described.Unfortunately, the property’s overall condition did not match what we expected at this price point. Upon arrival, we found a pair of socks in the primary bedroom, a deodorant cap on the fireplace mantel, and a dirty refrigerator on the third floor. The blinds had been left at inconsistent heights—some open and others closed—and the ceiling fans and floor fans were caked with dust. Collectively, these details made us question how thoroughly the house had been cleaned and did not create a very welcoming first impression.We also encountered several maintenance issues during our stay. The lock on the gate between the pool area and the beach was broken. The pool coping had extensive caulking and several broken bricks. The bathtub drain plug did not work, and a wooden lounge chair on the second-floor balcony collapsed when one of our guests sat on it, which was particularly concerning. To their credit, maintenance responded and addressed the reported issues within 48 hours.With a 950 cleaning fee and approximately 1,000 service fee for a six-night stay, we expected the home to be cleaner, better maintained, and in better overall condition.If you need a large home directly on the beach, this property may still be a good option because of its size and exceptional location. Friends and family stayed here for our wedding and it was the very best weekend ever. House was great. Beach access perfect. I honestly wouldn’t complain about a thing. The property management team were always on point to help and answer all questions.

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach. The Keurig and grill didn't work for us but those were small matters when considering the house, which was amazing, and the access to the beach which was beyond words

AMAZING HOME

This home is AMAZING!! It was better than we expected. We held our wedding ceremony and reception here. Our kids and grandkids stayed here with us. Five families and every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend this beautiful beach home.

A wonderful time with family, especially enjoyed the use of golf cart and having beach chairs and umbrellas. The convenience to stores was great. The pool was a real plus for the 2 children as well as the adults. A few minor annoyances, the stove was a bit of a challenge, ice maker wasn’t sufficient for a large group, also written instructions for garbage pickup and tv would have been nice.

Great location, great amenities, very responsive management company. Not a single complaint. Having chairs set up for us every morning on the beach front row at the shoreline just out the back door a definite plus. Having a Golf cart in the garage ready to go also a plus. Kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils and appliances for our group of 13. Pool was cool, refreshing and well maintained.

This place is heavily worn. Every repair looks like a shoddy landlord special. A/C worked great and linens were clean. Would not consider staying here again.These 10/10 reviews feel deceptive. Location right on the beach but directly next to the public access. Police and EMS showed up to the public access many times in the middle of the night.

Best Birthday Party Ever

We rented this home for my daughters 13th birthday and it was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the 2nd fridge in the laundry room was amazing! The heated pool was great for the kids to go for a quick swim! The roof top deck was out of this world! We actually brought our own projector and inflatable screen and had a rooftop movie night!
