Immerse yourself in serenity at our secluded retreat, nestled in a common area within 115 acres. A stone’s throw from historic Harpers Ferry, charming Shepherdstown, and the C&O Canal and Appalachian Trail. Revel in breathtaking sunsets, scenic walks, and the convergence of the majestic Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers. This haven combines historical richness with natural splendor, offering the perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and a taste of adventure in a picturesque setting.
The house is on a secluded gravel drive with only one neighbor. The house is overall very quiet and in the middle of nature. There are three separate bedrooms in the house and a large sectional in the living room. There is a full kitchen available for guests. There is always a nice breeze at the home, but for your comfort, there are ceiling fans throughout and AC units in each room and the common area. This is truly a place to disconnect.
Attached to the house is a small studio apartment with a private entrance and no communication with the house. There is no access to the basement, as we use it as a private storage space for our equipment.
