This condo was great and everything we needed for our vacation. Check in was easy and the host quickly responded to our questions. Bike rental or golf cart is recommended or at least a wagon to haul beach chairs, bags, etc. Grocery stores only 1/2 mile away. Condo was clean and well stocked.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

What a great stay!!! The condo was perfect in every way and had everything we needed. Location was key, less than 5 minute walk to any of the pools and the private beach. A short 15 min drive to PCB, 40 min to Destin and right at the start of 30A. This place will definitely be on the top of our list next year!!!

Perfect for our little family!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carillon Beach. This condo was the perfect size for our family of three and a great location between Panama City Beach and 30A. Natalia was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Great location for the wedding we were attending in Carillon. Walking distance to the event. Loved having a coffee spot right downstairs. Close to all the 30A towns. Condo was clean and photos were accurate. Perfect for our group of 4 adults.

Fantastic!!!!!

This is our 6th year going to Carillon. This has been our favorite location we’ve stayed. This condo was perfect. Quiet and above the pizza place which was ideal for us. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely look for this condo every year from now forward.

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach staying in this condo. The beach club access, pool, and beach chairs were just a few minutes walk away. We also enjoyed having the pizza shop and cafe on the bottom floor. The condo itself had great communal spaces downstairs for the family to congregate, and the individual rooms upstairs were well-maintained.

Nice condo in Carillon

We enjoyed our stay in Carillon. This is our 5th year to stay in the neighborhood. We enjoy being able to walk back and forth from the condo to the beach and pool. Conveniently located by a grocery store. Only complaint is the pull out sofa needs fixed or replaced. Would stay here again!

Perfect for our family

Overall this condo is perfect for our family of four. It was right in the heart of downtown Carillon Beach. Even in the midst of a pandemic we really enjoyed ourselves. There was a limited number of people allowed in the pool at all three locations, however, we were pretty much at the pool from sun up to sundown. When we were not at the pool we were at the beach... during our visit we only had a couple of issues come up. One was the waterline got hit and we lost water for half a day. However the owner immediately started researching to figure out what had happened. Obviously this is not their fault and nothing that they could’ve done to prevent that. It also did not prevent us from having any less fun. Our only negative was that the condo wasn’t as clean as we would’ve expected. There was food on the kitchen floor and mold growing around the window seal in the bathroom. Again none of those things would stop us from coming back again!

Just OK

We enjoyed our week, but won’t stay at this location again. It needs an extreme deep cleaning. We had some issues but the property owner was prompt in helping to get them resolved. It took multiple attempts to get the check in instructions the day of. When you drive from 15 hours away it’s concerning when information is not provided until that morning. When we got to the condo it had not been cleaned and the previous guests left it in completely gross condition. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4 p.m., we didn’t get in until about 10 p.m. when the very sweet cleaning ladies had the opportunity to finish cleaning the unit. The owner just told us to settle in while they were cleaning. That is awkward so we left until the job was completed. The next day we went to the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the unit. There are instructions that tell you to call Kyle if the cushions and umbrella are not out there. Well Kyle informed us that we were supposed to provide a 24 hour notice to have them set up. How were we supposed to know that? We sent pictures to the property owner to show the ripped screens and mold growing in the kitchen cabinets and air vents. Hopefully some of the issues will be resolved for future guests.

Dear Cassie, Thank you for your feedback. The quality of your stay was not up to either of our standards, and I assure you I am actively working on addressing your concerns. I always send check-in information one or few days before guests’ arrival so that the instructions are recent and on hand once they arrive. I used to send them many days in advance. Unfortunately, I received several calls in the middle of the night from guests that could not find the information and did not have the key code to enter the condo. That is the main reason for sending the arrival info right before the arrival day. However, I am more than happy to send it earlier if requested. There was an unfortunate misunderstanding regarding the cleaning and beach chair schedules, and I am taking measures to ensure it does not happen again. I sent the housekeeper as soon as knew the condo had not been cleaned. I wish you would have told me about the issue with beach service. I would have talked to the beach attendant and you could have enjoyed your beach chairs, not only during the rest of your stay, but on that day as well. I appreciate you making me aware of the issues that needed to be addressed (the screens, the vent, the cabinets); I let my team know, and they have taken care of the issues. It is always my priority that my guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience during their stay. I apologize for the inconveniences you had to experience. This condo and amenities were perfect for our family getaway (parents with a teen and tween), which included a combination of playing a baseball tournament and vacationing at the same time. The beach was quiet and calm. The cafes available just beneath the condo were perfect for last minute meals. The host was responsive to any needs. The condo's furnishings and available supports were just what was needed. We will be coming back, and we highly recommend this condo and location for all who may be looking!
