About Villa Ruidoso:

The house has three modern, luxurious bedrooms with three full bathrooms, and a spacious common area with large living room, kitchen, and dining space. You’ll enjoy the abundant windows providing calming, natural light and access to the expansive, private patio with mountain views and proximity to wildlife such as deer, elk, and turkeys. The living room, primary bedroom, and secondary primary bedroom have sliding glass doors opening onto the spacious patio that boasts a large outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, and hot tub that comfortably seats 6 people.

With king beds featuring Cozy Earth linens in the primary and secondary bedrooms, and two (2) queen beds in bedroom 3, the space can comfortably sleep 8 guests in total. In addition, you have access to a pack-n-play perfect for a baby or toddler. Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom and closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with pots, pans, and all the basic kitchenware you'll need for cooking and entertaining. Electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, full-sized refrigerator/freezer with filtered water are available, along with a Keurig machine and selection of k-cups for tasty morning coffee. A regular coffee pot is also stowed away in the kitchen cabinets.

The laundry room, located off of the hallway, has a full size washer and dryer with detergent provided, and has ample space for storage.

Other things to note:

The living room and three bedrooms are all equipped with TVs, cable, and free Wifi to stream your favorite entertainment.

You’ll find the house very family friendly and equipped with all the essentials, including kid games, highchair, pack-n-play, baby bathtub, umbrella stroller, and baby toys.

IMPORTANT:

A copy of a driver's license or passport is REQUIRED to rent this property, along with acknowledging the rental agreement, which will serve as your signature.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

For security and safety purposes we have two outside cameras at front door entrance and back patio entrances. We turn them on at check-in to monitor that the number of guests does not exceed the maximum and pets are not brought on the property.

Villa Ruidoso is not suited for wild parties and is instead intended for a relaxing couples' weekend or for a family fun getaway. Our hope is you’ll return again and again to enjoy this mountain retreat.

Please note the fireplace is a GAS fireplace. As such, please do not burn wood or cook any food in the fire. Any damage will require guests to cover any fees.

About the neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is in a quiet section of Ruidoso in the Upper Canyon. It is by the “Circle” and a few minute drive to main street, Sudderth Drive.

Getting around:

Ruidoso is small, safe, and easy to navigate.

You can park right off the main street, Sudderth Drive, and easily walk around to access restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, etc.

The ski resort, Ski Apache, is about a 35 minute drive and offers the best warm-weather powder skiing in the world. Ruidoso Downs Race Track and Casino is a 15 minute drive and hosts the famous All American Futurity, the highest pay-out race in Quarter Horse racing. The Inn of the Mountain Gods and Casino is just a 10 minute drive and is ideal for gambling, entertainment (e.g. concerts and comedy shows), championship golfing, fishing and lake activities, zip-lining, etc. Grindstone Lake is just a short 5 minute drive and is a beautiful alpine reservoir perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and fishing.
