Perfect for families and groups, this property comfortably sleeps 8 and features a private hot tub, game room, chef’s kitchen, and multiple spacious living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. The expansive outdoor space includes a covered back patio with plenty of seating, a grill, and a fully landscaped courtyard where you can enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife from the comfort of your own space.
Inside, you’ll find a large eat-in kitchen with high-end appliances, a formal dining room, and a cozy living room with a big-screen TV and gas fireplace. The primary suite offers ultimate privacy with a separate bath featuring a jetted jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

Please note: FIRE TABLES are no longer permitted for short term rentals per VOR Ordinance. Campfires and fireworks are BANNED in the Village limits regardless of fire restrictions.
Hot Tub Rules: No glass objects in or around the hot tub. Please use plastic cups.
No bubbles or oils in the tub, as they can clog filters, jets, and damage components.
Never leave children unattended in the hot tub for safety reasons.
Do not leave the cover open when not in use.
Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash in the beige dumpsters located in the neighborhood. Do not leave trash outside or in the garage, and make sure to secure the bear latches.
Wildlife: Do not approach or feed the wildlife, including wild horses, deer, elk, and turkeys. Enjoy them from a distance for your safety and theirs.
Parking: Please park only in the 2-car garage or driveway. Do not park on the street.
RVs, Trailers, and ATVs: RVs are not permitted. Trailers and ATVs must be approved in advance.
Damages: The reservation includes Safely Guest Damage Protection for peace of mind when accidents happen. This is exclusive of Airbnb's insurance. Please notify us immediately if anything in the house is damaged or if anything is not functioning properly.
Additional Guests: If you’re planning to have visitors during the day, please let us know in advance. Overnight guests beyond the booked number are not permitted.
