Luxury DT Ketchum Condo w/ Views of Baldy plus Private Garage

Be our guest to enjoy our beautifully decorated spacious downtown Ketchum condo. This spacious 2200 sq ft condo is single level living on the 2nd floor. It offers 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) with brand new living, dining, and bedroom furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen has granite counter tops with new dishes, utensils, and every possible appliance. Finely appointed in every room including a 75" smart TV with surround sound in the living room. Play your favorite music on our Sonos or use the Apple TV to airplay your movies and videos.

Wake up in the large master suite with fabulous views of Baldy or take a bath in the jetted tub, or walk out onto the deck and bring in the view with a cup of coffee. Enjoy walking to some of the best restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and nightlife entertainment there is to offer in downtown Ketchum. We are located 1 Block from Atkinson's grocery store and only 1/2 Block to Main Street to catch the free public bus to either base area for skiing on Baldy.

No need to rent a car when you are this close to everything. Mountain Rides is our local bus service that has regular pick-ups to and from the airport. If you do have a vehicle we have room for one car in our own private garage. (Height restrictions 6' 8") Lots of storage for skis, bikes, golf clubs etc.

For your convenience we offer a computer desk with a WiFi printer/scanner so you can tackle those away from home work duties or print your boarding passes.

In the winter and spring, Sun Valley has some of the best skiing in the country. In the summer and fall, you are minutes away from hiking and biking and all the beauty the surrounding area has to offer. Our condo is ideal for couples sharing a vacation together or families with older children.

PS. For those of you who are concerned with the Coronavirus, our unit does not have any common areas with other units such as interior hallways or elevators. We offer a private entrance with a private garage for your use only.

Beautiful home in a great area. Perfect location to downtown.

Our group loved this home. There are many things we loved. Here are a few. - Charging outlets in every room - Wine on arrival - Great communication with host - Early check in - excellent location to downtown - glove drying rack - well stocked kitchen with everything you need We enjoyed everything about our stay. The host was amazing and really tried to accommodate us in every way possible. We would definitely book again.

Perfect Ketchum Stay!

We can't say enough about how the wonderful our stay was at this condo, how accommodating the owners were, and how much we enjoyed Ketchum! The condo is definitely luxurious, and it's furnishings, linens, and fully equipped kitchen far exceeded our expectations. The location is as good as it gets, and allowed us to walk to the grocery, restaurants, stores, parks and local trails. Highly recommended this property and look forward to returning!

Exactly what we hoped for!

We are a family of four (parents, two adult kids) visiting Ketchum for a wedding. The property was spotless, well appointed, comfortable and located in town which makes walking to everything(!) really really easy. Instructions from owner were great. We would return for any future events, and hope to visit again…for no reason at all.

The pictures don't do the condo justice. It greatly exceeded our expectations in both appearance and location. It is walkable to everything in town. The condo is perfect for a family with grown children or 3 couples. If we ever return to Sun Valley I would look to stay here first. Jon M.

A Beautiful Sanctuary with an Incredible View

This is a large comfortable condo close to downtown Ketchum. We were wrapped in luxury and cozy with family while attending a wedding in Sun Valley. We walked to great restaurants and shopping. The weather was great for nearby hikes. Having a garage for our rental car was a great bonus. The owners have left local information that was super helpful. You can tell they love the area. It was so helpful to have communication with the owners. This is my first choice for our return trip.

Luxury and Ease

The condo is luxurious. I want a place that is comparable to what I live in. There are luxury sheets, a very comfortable bed, great shower, double sink with lots of counter space and lots of drawers under the counters, a huge walk in closet and huge master big enough to do your exercises in the closet or the bedroom. Great views out the windows. The entry area has a bowl for stuff, a bench to put on shoes, a hat rack to put your jackets and hats and a credenza to put books and binoculars on to grab on the way out the door. The kitchen has everything; it is beautifully arranged; and I loved having all kinds of baggies and plastic wrap so I wasn't having to buy my own. There is also radiant heat which in the winter is another luxury not to be missed. Every time I moved I marveled at the thoughtful touches in the condo from the high end lotion and liquid soap in the bathroom to the trash bags under the sink right next to the trash container. The location is to die for. It was a block to Atkinsons and Chateau Drugs and most of the restaurants in town. And best of all, the owner was easy to deal with and said all the right things to my husband. As the former owner of a 6-bedroom home that I rented out on Homeaway, I know what it is like to deal with renters and the owner was a champ. The place, the location and the owner was just a pleasure.

Perfect Place in Sun Valley!

We spent Christmas week in Sun Valley and this condo surpassed all our expectations! It is warm, inviting, spacious and had every amenity we could ask for. The location was great for walking into town for dining and shopping and the shuttle stop to the mountain was just steps away. Becky was very helpful and always quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Considerate host

We happen to show up when there was a record heat wave. There was no air conditioning, but our host gave us instructions on how to cool the house down which worked wonderfully. She was also very considerate in suggesting that I go to the library to use their computer when my laptop wasn’t working. Overall, everything was wonderful.

I would stay again.

I enjoyed by stay. I would stay again, rooms are clean and well appointed. It is well described. I do have to mention there is no air conditioning, it was too hot to stay in mid-day in July.

Gorgeous Downtown Condo

The photos for this condo do not do it justice. Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. This was our first time in Sun Valley visiting local family. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops. And the home itself was large, spacious, immaculate and furnished beautifully. We feel fortunate to have found this wonderful place and hope to return!

Why they chose this property

Since we have been coming to Sun Valley our whole life we have had the pleasure of staying in many, many rentals. This property, hands down, is the best place to stay for the accessibility to downtown Ketchum to enjoy the world class restaurants and entertainment. The free public bus can take you to the base of the mountain for your day of skiing or anywhere that might be too far to walk. For us, it was an ideal place to call our home.
