Brand NEW Cabin just minutes from Black River with WIFI and Satellite TV included. This cabin is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or families with kids who are looking for a place to unwind and get away. Close to many state parks, hiking tails, rivers, and more.

This family friendly home-away-from-home has 1 bedroom and is perfect for a secluded get away. The bathroom is stocked with towels, washcloths, hair dryer, and an iron. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. The living room features a couch and love seat with recliners on each end, and a 43" flat screen smart TV with free satellite access included. Free wifi is also included for your convenience.

A fire pit and BBQ grill is available for your enjoyment.
This cabin is located at a secluded spot just outside the small town of Annapolis. While peaceful and relaxing, a Dollar General, convenience store/gas station, and other businesses are just a 1 minute drive away. The large yard is great for playing games, hanging out by the fire pit, or having a picnic with the family. There are so many things do while you enjoy your stay, including floating the Black River with Jeff's Canoe Rentals, or enjoy one of the many local parks or country attractions that this area has to offer.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. You're close to town but still felt pretty secluded here. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent.

Nice getaway

I appreciated the price, the space, and the pet friendly environment. Proximity to fun spots was nice, and the back porch was great! Host communication was wonderful. This would be a great spot for a group to relax and plan activities. The bed was very uncomfortable to me and it's not as secluded as I would have liked (on the edge of town instead of out deep in the woods). And there were a lot of ticks! But I guess that's normal for non-city spaces in Missouri. Just come prepared for the ticks and you'll be good to go!

Multiple issues

1. I had to call the owner to get code for lock in order to check in. Then I had to call him again to determine which cabin I had rented. There are 4 cabins that are simply numbered 1-4. We had no way of telling which cabin was ours. 2. The couch in the living room is broken. One side is in the reclining position always. The arm on the other end was broken. You would try to lean on it and it came apart from the couch. 3. The love seat in the living had the “leather” completely ripped off on one seat. 4. None of the windows were able to be locked. At all. 5. There is a long mirror in the bedroom that is covering a whole in the wall. 6. The sink in the bathroom drains super slow 7. Only half of the lights outside worked. 8. There were several spiders inside the home (on the walls, ceiling) 9. The bedding had a musty smell to it. We had to go to Dollar General to purchase pillows to use as the ones that were provided were about 1” thick. Ultimately, the communication with the owner was terrible. And the pictures of the cabin listed are not accurate.
