Our family had a wonderful time in Keystone. This property is perfectly situated for easy access to the gondola and base. I loved the easy access to the Keystone wayfinder path.

Overall this home is in a great location and is a comfortable place to stay. The building is well maintained. The garage is easy to navigate. The pool is nice and temperature controlled. More specifically this unit could use a little TLC. Windows and blinds were worn out and difficult to open. There is no AC and 2 of 4 provided fans were broken.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location, building, garage, and pool. We appreciate you bringing the condition of the windows, blinds, and fans to our attention. We do wish we had known about these issues during your stay, as we would have been happy to send our maintenance team to take a look and deliver replacement fans if needed. We encourage guests to reach out anytime something isn't working as expected so we have an opportunity to address it during their stay. Thank you again for staying with us and sharing your feedback.

Great condo! Beautiful and clean. The only concern was the elevators- one down completely and the other one wouldn’t go to the main parking level P2. Had to carry luggage up/down from/to vehicles. Not ideal for older people.

Nice condo, lots of room for sleeping and making meals.

The condo fit 8 comfortably and the murphy bed worked great. Lots of kitchen amenities for cooking after a long day on the slopes. We would stay again.

Unfortunately with the new construction and buildings the views you used to have are gone. Construction had loud noise early in the morning and day and they left bright lights on at night that were disturbing. Amenities and room are great and clean. Very easy check in process.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the amenities, found your room clean, and that the check-in process was smooth. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by the nearby construction. While the work is being done by a separate development in the area and is outside of our control, we understand how it can impact the experience, especially regarding noise and lighting. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more peaceful stay in the future.
