River Run Condo w/ Mountain Views, Overlooks Shared Pool & Hot Tub!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views and overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a stone gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful views of the main ski run. It also overlooks the pool and hot tubs making it easy to see if other guests are using them.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four and two additional chairs can be added. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The mprimary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Quick getaway for fall foliage!🍂

Property was very clean and cozy. There is a heated pool and hot tub that unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy. The parking garage is great since it has an elevator that goes straight up into the units. This unit has a view of the pool and the mountains. There are also carts to bring your things into the unit. Would definitely stay again.

The unit is definitely aging though it was comfortable enough after a day on the slopes. 2 hot tubs worked well, as did the sauna. Nice fireplace in unit kept things toasty. As noted by others, the lighting in the unit is dim...a few updated fixtures w LEDs would go a long way. Also, the exhaust fan in the master bedroom sounds like a plane taking off; easy to replace as it is tied to lights - it will be heard.throughout the unit. Pillows/beds were mediocre. But, you’re paying for the location and amenities- and this place checks the boxes.

Do not book with Summit County Mountain Retreats!! They allowed us to checkin to a unit without an operable shower! The shower had the guts pulled out and dirty towels stuffed in the holes. When I reached out to management they said “we are aware of the situation and unfortunately do not anticipate this being fixed during your stay” they offered me compensation upon checkout. The compensation that they feel was appropriate is $137! We paid over $1900 for the unit and had to go without the shower the entire time (on a ski trip at that!) and they think $137 will make up for that inconvenience!! Oh and I did look upon arrival and they had multiple other units available that week they could have moved us to but choose to offer us $137 instead! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book wit Summit County Mountain retreats!

Great Keystone location

We enjoyed our stay in Keystone - this unit is in a great location with access to the slopes, ice skating, restaurants and shops. The only down side of staying at any unit in this location is the parking - only one car can park in the garage per unit. We had 2 cars for our party of 5 and had to secure paid parking for the 2nd car. The unit itself was comfortable and worked well for our group of 4 adults & 1 child.

Internet and elevator were down the entire stay. Because we were on the top floor this was rather inconvenient hauling our things up and down 5 flights of stairs from the garage every day. Other than this, a nice place, great hot tubs and pool.

I don't think we could have had a better experience. This unit offers a great River Run location just seconds from the shops, restaurants, and activities. The view of the slopes from both bedrooms, the living room, and the balcony was terrific. Everything was as advertised. We strongly recommend this management company and in particular this unit for your next stay in the Keystone area.
