Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréable malgré le temps dans ce bel appartement, pièces lumineuses, grand balcon, lit très confortable et chambre spacieuse. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil, la propreté et la disponibilité de Mr et Madame Fromentin. La plage se trouve vraiment à proximité, idem pour le centre ville de Berck. La nourriture sur place est très abordable, les commerçants aux petits soins. Un peu surpris par les stationnements payants, MAIS, les tarifs sont plus que sympas (20 euros les 7 jours en zone verte) Nous en avons profité pour visiter les plages pas loin de Berck : Merlimont, Stella, Le Touquet etc... d'autres plus loin notamment la tres belle plage de Calais (qui, semble-t-il, a été entierement renovée), Dunkerque etc. Nous recommandons forrtement! We appreciated: welcome, cleanliness and the availability of the owner Mr and Mrs Fromentin. The beach as well as the City Center are close. Food on the beach is affordable, the parking rates too : 20 euros for 7 days in the green zone! We took the opportunity to visit the beaches not far from Berck: Merlimont, Stella, Le Touquet  We highly recommend!

Séjour à Berck 2024

Séjour à Berck sur mer s’est très bien passé ; il manquait néanmoins des activités pour les enfants. L’appartement est bien situé à 5 minutes de la plage, à 5 minutes du cinéma, de la médiathèque et de la rue carnot. Prévoir un forfait parking dans la zone orange/verte si vous souhaitez rester une semaine ( télécharger l’application PrestoPark). On a trouvé de la place tous les jours. Par contre, le chien du voisin nous a fait peur à plusieurs reprises . Prévoir du linge de lit car ce n’est pas fourni; nous ne l’avions pas compris dans l’annonce. Je retiens que nous avons très bien été accueilli et le couple est très sympathique. Je recommande cet appartement car on s’y est bien plu.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours à Berck, le temps n'était pas formidable mais avons trouvé de quoi occuper notre petit fils. Le logement était très agréable et propre.

Agréable semaine à Berck-sur-Mer

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé où tout est accessible à pied: la plage en 5 minutes, les restaurants en 10 minutes, l'épicerie en 3 minutes, le supermarché en 10 minutes, le centre en 10 minutes. Propriétaire de bonne conseil et sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable semaine à Berck-sur-Mer et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nette Wohnung in zentraler Lage nahe am Strand

Die Ferienwohnung ist renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es ein Stockbett, das wir aber nur als Garderobe und Abstellplatz genutzt haben. Im Bad (Badewanne, Waschbecken, Toilette) steht eine Waschmaschine. Auch Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden, das war prima! Die Küchenzeile ist sehr modern, es gibt zwei Induktionskochplatten und eine Microwellenkombi. Auch Töpfe und Pfannen sind da, wir haben sie aber nicht genutzt. Geschirr und Besteck ist ausreichend für 3 Personen. Den Esstisch kann man um eine Einlegeplatte erweitern. Das rote Sofa ist sehr bequem, wir haben es (nicht ausgezogen) als 3. Bett genutzt. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein gemütliches Doppelbett und einen großen Schrank mit Fächern, 2 Schubladen und Bügeln. Es war sauber. 3x Bettwäsche, 3x 2 Handtücher (ganz kuschelig und neu), 1 Spültuch und 1 Küchentuch sowie die Endreinigung hat der Vermieter (für ein angemessenes Entgelt) gestellt. Der Balkon mit Tischchen, 4 Stühlen und Sonnenschirm ist schmal und geht leider zur Straße raus. Das ist wirklich der einzige etwas nachteilige Punkt. Das Meer kann man auch leider nicht sehen, obwohl es gar nicht weit ist. Das Auto kann man auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz, den man vom Balkon aus im Blick hat, abstellen, da ist immer etwas frei gewesen. Oder man kann direkt vor dem Haus in der Seitengasse auf einen freien Parkplatz hoffen. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock (Dachgeschoss, Wendeltreppe!!). Gutes Training nach dem tollen französischen Essen!! ;-)) Der Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch zur Einkaufsstraße und zur BESTEN PATISSERIE überhaupt (in der Straße, die direkt auf das Casino zuführt) kann man gut zu Fuß bummeln. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, man kann die Wohnung durchaus weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an Familie FROMENTIN!!! :-)
