This outstanding vacation rental provides a genuine home-away-from-home experience, distinguished by its distinctive lodge atmosphere, which includes rich wooden features and cozy furnishings in the main living area. Guests can relax while watching the flat screen TV and enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace, creating a perfect environment for a cozy evening. Furthermore, this room grants access to a private deck, enabling guests to appreciate the tranquil forest view from the second floor of the building.
The dining room area complements the open floor plan and boasts a spacious solid maple dining table, ideal for meals. It is conveniently situated adjacent to the kitchen, which is outfitted with all necessary appliances, including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Moreover, all required flatware, dishes, and cookware are supplied, making it a perfect area for culinary activities. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, making this rental suitable for two couples or two individuals. Additionally, every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. Extra sleeping options are available with the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. The unit also features two full bathrooms.
A complimentary shuttle service is available on the free town shuttle which halts just a short distance from the entrance of the unit. This unit is situated in the upper section of the property and is a mere three minute walk from the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Cute condo, great location

The condo was a perfect place to stay while in Winter Park. It's in a great location and an easy drive to everything. The kitchen, bedrooms and living room area was fully stocked. The electronic fireplace warmed the area nicely. The local bus came directly in front of the condo although we didn't use it. Highly recommend!

It was a quick 5 minute drive to Winter Park ski resort. Instructions were clear. Place is as pictured. Cozy and comfortable for a winter ski getaway for 2 couples. The hot tub was a very short drive away in the main "lodge" but enjoyable nonetheless!

Nice condo!

Nice condo for just 4 people! The lift bus picked up right outside the front door to take us to the ski resort. Only negative was the distance to the pool/hot tubs from building 11! But overall very nice place

appreciated the wonderful location, friendly staff, amenities, parking, and the comfortable layout of the condo. Unfortunately, the unit wasn’t truly pet free, which was hard for my children since they are allergic to furry animals. We had chosen this place expecting it to be pet free, but we found pet hair on the pillows, blankets, and sofa. My kiddos ended up having a tough morning because of their allergies.
