It is less than 3 miles from eclectic St. Armand's Circle, and approximately 5 miles from vibrant downtown Sarasota. Mote aquarium, fishing, hiking, beach strolling and nature walks abound. Good and bad

Property very musty smelling, especially the smaller bedroom. Cleaners did a poor job. Bathrooms are in need of a remodel. We had to clean the deck before we could sit outside. There was red tide both both weeks of our trip, which of course was just the way it goes sometimes. On the plus side, the kitchen, dining space and living room were very nice. Furniture was new and updated. I think the owners are planning more updates as well. The pool was fantastic and very clean. Also pool is just a short walk from condo. The parking couldn’t be more convenient. Located under building and very close to entrance. Also nearby are many fine restaurants, a large grocery and CVS, and shopping.
