This Property is located 3.5 miles from Downtown Franklin and is an official Appalachian Trail-friendly destination. The Franklin area is rich in gems and minerals and is known locally as the "Gem Capital of The World"; gem mine is located 2 miles away. Close to Nantahala Outdoor center for rafting and zip lines. Close to town but feels like you are in the Nantahala National. WE HAVE AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO MONITOR IF MORE THAN 6 GUEST, PETS, OR PARTIES ARE OCCURING.
