Welcome to The Loft! A place that feels like a true mountain escape, but with all the comforts of home. Whether you’re here to hike, explore mountain towns, or just relax on the porch with a good book, you ’ll find this cabin is a great spot to recharge.
One of my favorite things about The Loft is the covered porch. No matter the weather, you can sit out here and take in those long-range mountain views, morning coffee, Western facing evening sunsets, or just listening to the rain. Inside, the open loft bedroom and vaulted ceilings give the space an airy, welcoming feel. There’s a woodstove for chilly nights, and the kitchen is stocked with the basics if you’d rather cook in than eat out.
You’re just a short drive from Franklin’s shops and restaurants, and it’s an easy trip over to Clayton or Rabun for even more exploring. Waterfalls, hiking trails, and scenic drives are all close by. Highlands is also a quick trip via Franklin or Dillard.
We’ve tried to make The Loft a comfortable place to land after a day of adventure, or just a quiet spot to do nothing at all. If you have questions about the area or want local recommendations, just ask. We want you to feel right at home.
