Charming 1620 square foot home located near the medical center in quiet, safe neighborhood. Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large backyard, nice covered patio and garden.

Home is Centrally located, 15 minutes from Lackland and the airport, 20 minutes from downtown/riverwalk, 15 minutes from Sea world, 1 mile from HEB. 10 minutes from La Cantera and The Rim shopping center. House is 2 miles from UT Health Science Center, and within 3 miles of all Medical Center Hospitals including Methodist, St Luke Baptist, Cancer Therapy Research Center, and Christus Santa Rosa.

Our neighborhood consists of a large park that has soccer fields, large playground, tennis courts and basketball courts within 2 miles. We also have 18 miles of mountain biking and hiking trails within 1 mile of the home. Our Home is close to Shenanigan's, Babcock Bar, Martha's restaurant, Regent Chinese restaurant, Tinko-Taco, Chick-fil-a, Marcos's pizza and Starbucks

House has Amazon Firestick amd Netflix with numerous channels, free wifi, central heat and AC, full kitchen. Washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer and coffee maker. We provide gourmet coffee beans, assorted sweeteners and creamer. Our home has a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. Home is family/kid friendly, suitable for events. Home has a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit.

Home is one story and the master bedroom has a King size bed with a double vanity and has a large tub and shower. Other 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and one twin bed along with a full bathroom. Living room has a large love seat that has a twin sleeper and a couch which has a pull out queen bed.

Outdoor patio has hanging lights, grill, tools and 2 tables and is a great place for relaxing with family and friends!

Great spot for a short trip

This is the perfect little house for a short trip. We came in for a wedding. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood very nicely located near stores, restaurants and easy access to interstate. We were a quick 20 minute drive to downtown and visited the Historic Marketplace. The hosts were informative and helpful.

Relaxing and cozy

We were in San Antonio to see our son graduate BMT at Lackland AFB. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect for visiting the AFB and downtown. The backyard has a privacy fence and covered deck with plenty of seating. It was the perfect place to grill steaks and enjoy a meal outdoors. We arrived late and were thankful we didn't have to stop at a store to get coffee for the morning. They stocked the house with fresh coffee beans, creamer, and sugar. Our bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed, and our other 2 kids had their own room. If we return to San Antonio we will definitely rent this house again.

Family trip

Upon arrival the home was nice, master room was extremely hotter than the rest of home, didn't cool very well, (vent faces the wall). Sofa bed was filty! Hadn't been cleaned in ages! Was covered in dust, crumbs and God knows what else! We had to vacuum and clean it ourselves before letting our boys sleep on it. We found lighters in the sofa as well. Under the sofa was just as filthy. The home is in a great location I just would have liked for it to have been cleaner.

Even though the property was nice enough, it was far from exceptional. The bed (full / double) in the spare room was so horrible (creaking noise at every single move, old box spring) that we considered using the sofa bed in the TV room. I guess the sofa bed had not been open in a very long time because there was all kinds of things (peanuts, papers) between the cushions, so we decided to stay in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean on the surface but there was dirt around the door knobs and on small surfaces. My friend couldn't get the TV to work so he simply gave up very frustrated. The hosts were very nice and were great at communicating and answering our questions.

great house

Charming little house , great neighborhood, few small issues , queen bed huge diviet uncomfortable, master bedroom toilet was stopped up when we arrived and when i called it felt and sounded like a accusal that we had done something to it ,being there only about 30 mins. (so this is a heads up if you have issue ) owner Great with contact while i was paying , a little less quick after , But trip was good , family time Great and house was lovely .

Brethren beware

The house is modest/decent but is situated in a high density neighborhood with speed bumps everywhere. Close to a great hiking/biking trail and restaurants galore. However, the owner pestered me with text messages asking when I'd be checking out because "his cleaning lady" wants to know. Most egregious was the additional text I received a day before check out listing things I was to do before I Ieft: start a load of white towels, run the dishwasher, strip the beds and place linens on the floor, take out the trash, etc. I paid a hefty cleaning fee to stay there and thought his imposition that I do the cleaning rather incredulous. He then assessed me an additional cleaning fee after I checked out. Thankfully, I listened to my instinct and took pictures upon checking out. The pictures served to shield his greedy hands from grabbing into my pocketbook.

Very Nice Stay!

This property has everything we needed from fresh coffee to enough beds for everyone! I traveled with a group here for a music convention that took all day. After the convention days, it was really nice to just cook and relax in this house. Very relaxing and very "home-like". I will say that the location was not ideal for my groups activities, (The convention hall being a 30 minute drive every morning) however that should not deter anyone from staying at this home.

I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant. We love San Antonio! San Antonio is a great place to live and is full of so many things to do from festivals, museums, music, art, food to the culture and many awesome sites to see as well! We love hosting guests and sharing everything San Antonio has to offer. We love meeting people from all over the united states and sharing our home. We do everything possible to make our guest feel at home and enjoy the home while on vacation. We love providing a comfortable and wonderful experience for our guests!

Less than 15 minute drive to everything. Our home offers everything you could want to be comfortable and relaxed on your vacation. We are local so if there is any problem we are minutes away and always available!
