Sodus Point Bayview Cottage

On Wickham blvd!! 2 bedroom, one bath, bay view home which has been completely renovated. Washer and Dryer. Located in the heart of Sodus Point with access to many fun activities throughtout summer and winter months. Our cottage is 950 sq. ft ranch with a beautiful bay view. Footsteps to Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. There are dock rentals right in our back yard if you have a boat/jetski. We have a portable air conditioner for those hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs. There is a flat screen tv in main room and a small flat screen tv in both bedrooms. Includes WiFi. No cable. Some Syracuse channels through an antenna. There is room for 2 cars parked in driveway and room for more in the back public parking lot. There is a gas grill and picnic table in back with small deck. Also a fire pit. Brand new concrete stamped patio! Sheets included. Monthly discounted rates also available.
