This modern, comfortable and contemporary apartment located on the ground floor of a Provencal villa, offers you a stay of relaxation and well-being.

The heated and private pool for the villa. The heating period for the pool is from June 1st to September 20th.

Your parked car will be safe in the fully enclosed property. You can, if you wish, do everything on foot without constraint of circulation. The beaches and restaurants are 400 meters away and the city center 500 meters away with the markets Tuesdays and Fridays will fill you. There are also 2 mini-markets. With the car, a hypermarket is 5 km away.
The apartment consists of a very large modern kitchen, a bar with stools, a living room with two sofas, a desk and a large flat screen 165 cm, all overlooking a loggia. A toilet in the entrance with cupboard.
There are two very nice rooms: one with 1 bed of 140 which gives on the terrace with French window and the other with 2 beds of 90.
Each room has its bathroom with walk-in shower and its separate toilet.
And ... a superb heated pool (from June 1 to September 20) awaits you for beautiful swimming!

À notre arrivée, Jean-Paul, le propriétaire, nous a chaleureusement accueillis et fait visiter la villa. Dès les premiers instants, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous… en mieux ! La villa est superbe, parfaitement entretenue, et décorée avec goût.La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus : tout le nécessaire est à disposition, des ustensiles aux accessoires, rien ne manque. L’intérieur climatisé est tout aussi bien équipé, offrant un excellent niveau de confort.Le quartier est très calme, tout en étant à distance de marche des principales activités et commodités. L’ensemble de la maison, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, est d’une propreté irréprochable.Jean-Paul, discret mais très sympathique, a pris le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région. Une belle rencontre et un séjour que nous n’oublierons pas !

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere große Wohnung mit einer super ausgestatteten Küche. Sehr ruhige zentrale Lage. Großes abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit schönem Garten. Während unserem Aufenthalt hat der Vermieter in der oberen Wohnung gewohnt, die auch gemietet werden kann. Er ist sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Da ich ein bisschen französisch kann, konnten wir uns ganz gut unterhalten. Auf dem großen Fernseher können nur französische Programme empfangen werden. Das WLAN ist kostenlos und hat eine gute Rate, wir konnten problemlos auf dem Tablet Filme schauen. Zum Bäcker und zum Wochenmarkt sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Meer maximal 10 Minuten. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top ! Emplacement à 5 min à pied de la plage avec restaurants. Piscine et jardin magnifiques avec cuisine extérieure toute équipée ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben diese Wohnung aufgrund der Coronavirus-Situation sehr kurzfristig gebucht, und waren positiv überrascht: die Fotos werden der Einrichtung nicht gerecht. Gleich zwei Traumküchen (innen und aussen), ein schöner, beheizter Pool, nette Vermieter und Agentur, 10 Minuten Fussweg zum Sandstrand. Wirklich alles perfekt! Einziges B-Moll: Die Kinderbetten sind doch ein wenig hart. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic time staying in this ground floor apartment. It was so clean and we really enjoyed the benefit of the outdoor kitchen - there was 2 of everything!! A lot of rentals lack storage space but it was abundant here. Short 5 min walk into Saint Aygulf or short drive to Frejus and Saint Raphaël. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we will be back when we are next in the area!! Also communication before our trip was second to none. Lysiane responded very promptly to all my questions.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Saint-Aygulf - ein erholsamer Familien-Urlaub

Ein wunderbarer Garten mit großem Pool und einer Außenküche mit großer Sitzgelegenheit. Ein relativ neu renovierte Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Zwei wirklich großzügige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es noch im Wohn- und Essbereich eine zusätzliche Gäste-Toilette. Eine offene Küche in der es an nichts fehlt. Der gesamte Wohn- und Essbereich mit viel Platz, hier könnte auch Zeit bei schlechtem Wetter verbracht werden, was wir aber zum Glück nicht hatten. Wenn jemand im Urlaub Fernsehen möchte, dann kann er dass in dieser Wohnung in jedem Zimmer mit Flachbildfernseher in allen Größen. Eine kleine Verbesserung wollen wir bei der Beschreibung anregen, es sollte deutlicher hervorgehen, dass man sich den Garten und Pool mit der Einliegerwohnung im Dachgeschoss, die ebenfalls als Ferienwohnung vermietet wird, teilt. Dies war aber während unserem Aufenthalt zu keiner Zeit ein Problem. Alle elektrischen Geräte sind in einer hochwertigen Ausführung und einem Top-Zustand. Das Fahrzeug kann im abgeschlossenen Zufahrtsbereich geparkt werden. Einer der schönsten Strände der Côte d'Azur, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist, liegt nur zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Ausflugsziele Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphaël sind mit dem Auto in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Es wahr ein toller Urlaub und wir (Zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder, 12 und 14 Jahr) können diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic property

My family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) have just returned from a lovely week at this property. Mr Perrin, who met us on arrival was easy to contact and gave us all the information we needed. He also arrived promptly for our departure. It's in a great location, within a few minute walk of the small town with bars and restaurants and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need with plenty of space inside and out for all of us to enjoy a meal together. Having 2 ensuites and a separate toilet is great, there is also an outside toilet & shower by the pool. The washer and tumble dryer were great as you do need to bring your own bed linen and towels. We were moving on to another property so it was great to be able to wash & dry the linen before we left. The pool is fantastic and the kids took full advantage of it, the garden and area around the pool is great for sun bathing and there are plenty of loungers/relaxing chairs. The only down side is, there is an apartment above the one we stayed in which I wasn't aware of and isn't mentioned in the property details so we were expecting it to be private. There was a family of 4 with 2 small children staying upstairs, whilst they were lovely and very respectful of us, it did mean my teenagers had to be quieter in and around the pool than they would have been. It really wasn't a problem, I just wish we'd known it isn't completely private. We had a great week and would recommended it to family and friends. If we visit the area again we would definitely stay here. Thanks for sharing this lovely property
