Clear view and very nice terrace shaded by a pine umbrella (pool view also!) for this air-conditioned apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful provencal villa with a beautiful garden of 900 m² and umbrella pines, located 450 meters from the beaches, restaurants and 600 meters from the city center = car not required.
Heated pool (from June 1st to September 20th) and private for the villa.
This lovely renovated air-conditioned apartment of 55 m² consists of a beautiful kitchen with dining area overlooking a joy terrace with a plancha where you can dine, a bathroom with shower and toilet, to a living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed of very good quality, a bedroom with a large bed of 140 with TV and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 with TV and desk.
