Beautiful and bright F2 totally renovated 2018, independent on the ground floor of a large unoccupied villa during your stay with large landscaped garden and private pool.

It is possible to rent this new apartment + Villa for up to 8 people.
If you rent the apartment only (2-4 persons), the villa will not be occupied, the estate is private for your use.

From the opening of the electric gate, you will be seduced by the landscaped garden and trees of Mediterranean species.
The apartment has an independent entrance; it consists of a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle ...), a sofa bed. the apartment opens with a large bay window on a large terrace (lounge garden, plancha ....).
The room is equipped with a 140 bed and a large storage area. Possibility of a cot.
The beautiful bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, an electric towel radiator and a large closet. A hair dryer is available
Bed linen and towels provided free of charge for stays of one week or more.
The toilets are separated.

For more comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal as well as the vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and a steam iron ..
The terraces of the pool are equipped with sunbeds and a parasol.

Schönes Objekt mit pool wobei wir nur die Einliegerwohnung gebucht hatten.Diese war ok , im Wohnraum vielleicht etwas dürftig möbliert-sonst schön. Die Nutzung des gesamten Gartenbereichs war sehr angenehm. Jederzeit wieder.

Nous avons passez un superbe séjour dans ce studio neuf et très fonctionnel. La cadre est magnifique, piscine, vue sur la mer. Des petites plages sont accessibles à pied en 10mn. Je recommande sans hésitation
