Fantastic property
My family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) have just returned from a lovely week at this property.
Mr Perrin, who met us on arrival was easy to contact and gave us all the information we needed. He also arrived promptly for our departure.
It's in a great location, within a few minute walk of the small town with bars and restaurants and the beach.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need with plenty of space inside and out for all of us to enjoy a meal together.
Having 2 ensuites and a separate toilet is great, there is also an outside toilet & shower by the pool.
The washer and tumble dryer were great as you do need to bring your own bed linen and towels. We were moving on to another property so it was great to be able to wash & dry the linen before we left.
The pool is fantastic and the kids took full advantage of it, the garden and area around the pool is great for sun bathing and there are plenty of loungers/relaxing chairs.
The only down side is, there is an apartment above the one we stayed in which I wasn't aware of and isn't mentioned in the property details so we were expecting it to be private. There was a family of 4 with 2 small children staying upstairs, whilst they were lovely and very respectful of us, it did mean my teenagers had to be quieter in and around the pool than they would have been. It really wasn't a problem, I just wish we'd known it isn't completely private.
We had a great week and would recommended it to family and friends. If we visit the area again we would definitely stay here.
