Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you in the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom in this three bedroom three full bath condo in Seagrove Beach. Located on the fourth floor, with no units above you and higher ceilings than units on the lower floors, this comfortable contemporary style unit has floor to ceiling sliding doors that look onto your private, oversized gulf front furnished balcony.

The kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks for the family or whipping up a gourmet meal for a romantic occasion or sunset gathering with a few friends. The kitchen offers bar-height seating for four and opens up into a spacious living/dining room.

The living room has a large cozy sectional couch that invites you to sit and visit with your family, curl up with a good book, or take a nap. Balcony access is located off of the living room with comfortable new furniture.

The large master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large flat screen TV, sitting/work area, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf

Daily beach umbrella and two chair setup service is included in the rental. Two bikes are also included - conveniently available for pickup on property. Please note bike and beach service providers are on property March-October.

Amazing time!

The Broughton's condo was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the large balcony with the great ocean view. We spent a majority of our time there as we were visiting during uncharacteristically rough tides. Each room having it's own bathroom was also a great addition. Some of the additional amenities that we enjoyed were the covered parking spot and dog areas, pool and hot tub were fantastic, easy access to the beach, elevator access and very little traffic. We traveled with our toddler, our dog, and 3 older family members so every aspect of the condo was perfect for our family. We hope to return again in the future!

Everything was great. Elevator was busy all the time had to use the steps a lot. The ottoman in living was broken upon arriving. Refrigerator drawers were also broken and you had to be careful opening.

We loved our week in this condo! It was perfect for our family. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival but the owner was exceptional in responding and resolving! Lots of little things

There were lots of little things that just added up. No security chain / bar / deadbolt to lock when in the unit. Tile was chipped everywhere making me feel like I constantly needed to sweep, but there was nothing to sweep up. Pillows had hairs on them, when housekeeping brought fresh linens, the new lines had hairs all in the tape holding them wrapped. Waze directions were off by 6 miles. All in all not a horrible stay, just a lot of small little things kept adding up.

Great location.

Housekeeping was a day late but the owner made it right. The condo was comfortable, had a nice view and cooking was easy with everything we needed, although we went out several times. This is a wonderful area with beautiful beaches and tons of great restaurants.

Perfect Family Retreat

Great location, great layout, wonderful view and beach access with great hosts. Elevator and beach access allowed for a nice easy walk for aged parents. Any issues that arose were collected by the owner via easy communication and were worked until we were satisfied…can’t ask for more than that. Experience was incredibly memorable and our favorite location at the Dunes.

Perfect Beach condo for our family beach trip.

The condo was spacious and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable. The large sectional and amenities were perfect. The balcony had comfortable seating for the whole family. It was shaded and with beautiful views of the ocean. My only recommendation would be that the owner give information about the two bikes that are available prior to check-in. The information about how to obtain the bikes was not included. Had to wait until the office was open to get the information, sign waivers, and get the code to unlock the bikes.
