Nestled at the foot of Monte d'Oro, in the heart of the Vizzavona forest and bordered by the famous GR20, A Madonuccia, charming villa from the early 19th century, welcomes you for unforgettable holidays with family and friends!
Renovated in 2014, we were keen to restore the villa's reputation thanks to quality materials: solid oak parquet, marble, black granite, Moroccan tiles, cement tiles ...
Pleasant to live with 2 or 3 families, the villa has 4 large adult rooms of 15 m2 (1.60 m beds), two children's dormitories under the roof (2x3 beds), as well as 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The living rooms are spacious and comfortable. The villa is 210 M2 on the ground (160 Carrez). It also benefits from a sunny garden and not overlooked of 2000 m2.
The house can be rented by the week from mid May to the end of September.

Great villa in perfect location

As 3 families of 11 people the villa was perfect for us. The property has been renovated and furnished to a very high standard and the children particularly enjoyed having their own dormitories on the top floor. The property was immaculately clean and the kitchen very well equipped, the garden great for barbecues with garden furniture provided. The property is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to Vizzavona centre with small shop, bar, pizza restaurant, station and access to the the GR20. The check in and check out went very smoothly. Many thanks to Laetitia and Henry for helping make this a perfect holiday for us.

Très belle villa, confortable et excellente localisation pour famille(s) de randonneurs

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, 2 familles, 2 couples et 6 enfants au total, dans une très belle villa, agréable à vivre, belle rénovation avec goût, couchages très confortables. Le nécessaire était là pour se sentir « comme à la maison », cuisiner, quelques jeux de société, le ping-pong, barbecue ou feu de cheminée selon la météo! L’accueil d’Henri a été parfait, suggestions de balades dans les environs. Nous avons fait les classiques du coin, la localisation au coeur du hameau de Vizzavona est parfaite pour démarrer des randos, monte d’oro, bocca palmente, punta de l’oriente, monte renoso, mais il nous faudra revenir pour découvrir d’autres endroits! Merci encore à Laëtitia pour sa disponibilité et Henri pour son accueil. Sophie

chouettes vacances

Premiers locataires de son histoire, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cette magnifique et grande villa dont les vastes pièces sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Les repas en famille sous le tilleul au milieu du jardin furent très appréciés! Des contacts chaleureux avec la propriétaire dont les conseils ont été précieux pour le bon déroulement de notre séjour ( forêt de pins, GR 20, chemins de randonnée, piscines naturelles etc.... la nature est proche et la mer pas loin (plage à 1h00 de voiture) Une semaine inoubliable
