This top-floor condo in River Run Village offers an expansive ski area and wetland views. The village shops, restaurants, and activities are conveniently located nearby.

River Bank Lodge 2924 is an excellent location for the family. The condo is within walking distance of the River Run Gondola and Peru Lift. The free Keystone Shuttle service is steps away and will take you throughout the village. The Dercum Square Ice Rink and Kidtopia Headquarters are also adjacent to the condo.

Watch the Kidtopia fireworks during the peak winter season every Saturday from the large windows in the living area as you warm your toes by the gas fireplace. The living room also features a TV with a DVD player and a comfortable sofa and end chair.

The main bedroom features a TV, and guests will enjoy the walk in shower after a long day of skiing or hiking. The kitchenette is well-equipped with flatware, pots, pans, and utensils. The condo also provides a dining table.

The complex offers free WiFi, laundry facilities, and an exercise area, while the lobby features a game table, balcony, and TV. Below your condo’s view, you will find a large sun deck on the edge of the wetlands. Free fish food is available for you to feed the fish in the warmer months.

Property matches price

The condo is a five minute walk to the base of keystone, which was convenient for skiing. It’s not the nicest condo, but matches the price paid. We had to leave early from an injury and it’s not in the contract for a reduction nor was one given. We would stay again with the same expectation of price vs condo quality.

Pros: Property within walking distance to gondola and village bars and restaurants. Nice view Cons: Uncomfortable bed (we had to drive to Breckinridge to stay with family so we could sleep on our third night and left the day before our checkout to stay with family in Denver), got locked out two days in a row when key cards failed, and shower worked so poorly it was like showing in a camper. Contacted Vacasa to discuss compensation for poor experience via phone, text and email. No response. Very dissatisfied overall.

Great location, extremely hot.

Due to the windows facing west, the apartment was extremely hot. We opened the windows but were not able to cool the apartment down. Sleeping was uncomfortable.

The huge windows provide for a beautiful view of the scenery and wildlife. However it does need to be noted that the comfort level of the bed and couch are extremely poor. The bed is terrible and a foam egg crate was placed on top of the terrible mattress I assume to try and improve the comfort. It does not. If one person moves in the slightest in the bed the entire bed shakes waking the other person, even a heavy sleeper! Sadly after staying for eight nights I was severely sleep deprived. The sleeper sofa is even worse which isn’t unexpected. The bathroom tub had a ring of grime around it as well. It had to be scrubbed before being used. All electronics were unplugged and cords jumbled so it took a large amount of time to get things figured out and set up. Unless the bed and couch are updated and the cleaning and maintenance improves I would NOT recommend a stay in this condo.

Good centralized location, beautiful views and nice clean facility. Checking in and out was easy and customer service at help number was very helpful. Only cons were lack of parking spaces, if you make it in late you will not have one. Also I was looking forward to using the jets on the tub, but unfortunately they where inoperable. Aside from that, I’d definitely book again. Good times!

It served its purpose

Not a bad place to stay. We had an issue with parking throughout our stay but I think most of that can be attributed to the fact that the area had received about 60" of snow in the week preceding our stay of which 17" came the night before and they had essentially run out of room to keep the snow out of the way. If I had to complain about something it would be the key cards. They demagnetize if you touch them to your phone or anything with a magnet in them which meant we had to guard them with our lives and constantly be aware of where the cards were in relation to our phones and wallets. The shower was also quite confusing at first but we were eventually able to figure that out as well. Overall it served its purpose as a place to lay our heads down and relax after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a simple, quiet place to relax after enjoying what the area has to offer.
