This second-floor condo spans over 874 square feet, with large sliding glass doors overlooking the Keystone Ski Resort. The property is accessible via elevator and offers free outdoor parking, ski storage lockers, and boot dryers in the entryway to warm your boots after a day on the slopes.

The spacious living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen television, DVD player, and free WiFi. The balcony offers patio furniture, a gas grill, and amazing views of the ski area. The room was excellent and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the view from the deck and the pet friendliness. Great location, that was close to everything in Keystone. Check in/out process was easy and hassle free.

Was a good getaway experience

I was happy because the location was in a good spot. The hot tub was also amazing and nice to sit in after a day of running around doing things. The biggest plus for me was I was able to bring my dog Aria. Would recommend to friends/family.

Good spot, lacking managers

A good ski trip location. The condo is seven minutes walking distance to the Peru lift down a mostly clean path of dog urine and fecies. More utensils were in the kitchen than other condos I’ve stayed at, which was nice for actual cooking to occur. It was clean and functional. The check in process went a little sideways with a bad key code, but was quickly fixed over the phone by the property manager company. The parking lot and ground level sidewalks were cleared of snow each day but the second floor between condos where there are missing windows was not. The microwave didn’t work and the manager response of fixing it for the next renter wasn’t ideal(no discount or solution was provided). I’d come back to the same location again, but not with the same manager company.

Overall, the stay was really good! The condo was very welcoming and the town was incredible. The views from the balcony could not be beat! However, there were a few things I recommend could be improved. 1. The parking: We were told that there was only one parking spot available, but as we were there during the off season there were plenty of open parking spots and three parking passes in the condo. Where we were told only one car and any others had to park in paid overnight lots elsewhere. It felt like you were just dangling it in our faces since we had to make a lot of arrangements to only take one car. 2. The Thermostat: The instructions stated that we couldn't increase the thermostat past 60 degree which was very cold during the weekend. However, we loved the fireplace but it produced no heat. 3. Communication: once we booked this Condo there was a lack of communication. We reached out a few times and would not here back until days/weeks later or until we followed up. Its also frustrating that communication and instructions were done through another website instead of VRBO. 4. Accommodation: There were no instructions or information regarding pillows or sheets for the sofa bed. We had to search for them and there were not enough for warmth. Also, the couch itself was comfortable but the sofa bed was very disappointing. You can feel all the bars under it and it is not pleasant to sleep on. Would really suggest have a better mattress for it.

It had been a while since the condo had been used, so the kitchen drain smelled a little upon arrival… But some water and attention quickly made the smell go away. The giant TV is a nice upgrade, but the remote control and interface for Xfinity is incomprehensible… We weren’t there to watch TV anyway so it didn’t matter that much. The condo was clean and comfortable, we stayed there last year and it was nice to be in a familiar place.

Lil Mountain Getaway

This spot was priced low and so we set our expectations accordingly. The condo is beautiful, somewhat dated, which we find cozy. The fireplace and view were the best part. Cons were passcode management. We were locked out and on hold with customer service for 45 min to get back in. Then we couldn't get into the pool because the code was also incorrect. After 5 codes we were in. The hot tub had a lot of black plastic in it from an old and deteriorating cover. Overall kind of what we expected for the money. Asked for a late check out and was denied. Would have been nice for them to approve to make up for some of the other issues we had. We would choose a different spot next time with a more maintained hot tub, but this was nice on a tight budget.

Close to the slopes and walking trails

It is very close to everything in keystone and right on the main road. Beautiful area and great if you are skiing. It was great to have pool and hot tub access during our stay. Overall the place was clean, great for a couple, we were a family. The hide a bed is not comfortable so we ended up sleeping on an air mattress we brought. We would also recommend updating the listing to say it has a Keurig not a coffee maker. I brought ground coffee and couldn't use it. We cooked a bit in the kitchen and the cookware was very tired and stuck to everything.
