Enjoy coffee or a bbq on the peaceful deck and then walk or bike to the beach to enjoy all that Pacific Beach has to offer. This home is within walking distance to shops, Trader Joe’s, restaurants, and bars.

Newly built, this home has A/C, cable, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer acess, grill, beach cruisers, surf boards, all the beach toys you can imagine, and plenty of street parking.

Fantastic Beach house!

This rental was perfect for our family of 5. My husband and I stayed here comfortably with our 3 kids (ages 7,5, & 2). We took advantage the available bicycles and rode around this cute neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby. Cesar was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The beach house is on their property but he and his family were in no way intrusive. We enjoyed our walks to the beach and had most of our meals on the awesome outdoor deck. I would definitely stay here again!

Great, comfortable, cozy bungalow

Wow! Talk about perfect beach feel. This place is amazing, exactly like shown in the pictures. Cesar and his family were great hosts. Cesar was very accessible via HomeAway app and text message. He worked with our flexible arrival time, greeted us with wine and was very attentive to our needs. The bungalow has all new furnishings and all upgraded kitchen gadgets. We had a great stay, took advantage of the bicycles provided with the rental, enjoyed some drinks by the fire pit and felt like it was our home. I'm always hesitant to book places in which owner lives on property - as I fear them being too invasive but this was not the case with Cesar and his family. It felt like we had a great neighbor willing to lend us a cup of sugar if needed. Thank you Cesar for being such great host. We highly recommend this rental and we'll be in touch for our next visit to San Diego.
