Villa Tiempo is a magnificent, 2 storey luxury villa with extensive sun bathing terraces with fabulous sea and mountain views. It is also very child friendly with lockable gated off pool area Located in the famous 'Millionaire Marina' of Puerto Calero, it is a 5-min walk to the exclusive marina. This stylish villa is extremely light and spacious throughout and has been decorated to a very high standard. The large living room has patio doors leading to a covered terrace and 'alfresco' dining area. There are large comfortable leather couches, SKY TV,BBC1/2 ITV, sports and movies. The large open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and there is a kitchen dining area. Villa Tiempo has 6 beautifully decorated spacious bedrooms, all with ample wardrobe space, 4 of which are en-suite. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor and 1 separate WC. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 en-suite and 1 separate bathroom. The pool is heated and well-maintained.
A large hot tub jacuzzi is on the terrace for that soothing and relaxing soak and hydro air massage. Free Fibre Optic WiFi high speed internet access which is available throughout the villa and terrace. Stay in touch with friends and family whilst relaxing and sipping that holiday cocktail. When you are bored with sunbathing go and play Table Football, American pool, Table Tennis or go to the Snooker room for a game on a full size snooker table. For your comfort the villa is Fully Air conditioned is in the lounge and all bedrooms.
For peace of mind Puerto Calero has its own 24 hour security surveillance team constantly protecting the community.

A well appointed Villa

A well appointed / presented Villa with loads of space, a great pool and lots of activities to keep the family busy. Located close the marina at Puerto Calero with a range of great restuarants and bars. Ideally located for access to either Playa Blanco and Peurto Del Carmen. Great place to stay.

Great Villa, Nice Area

Nice peaceful villa a short stroll from the Puerto Calero's restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub so much we didn't really use the other facilities like the pool and snooker table. Check-in was easy and Jill was on hand to help with any query.

Family Holiday

I can't fault anything about this Villa, it had everything we needed and the location was excellent. Everything is as it is described in face the pictures don't do it justice. Roy and Jill were excellent to deal with and communication before and during our stay was great, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a very relaxing family holiday in a great location.

A lovely spacious villa. There was a large pool which was warm and very inviting. It was a great bonus to have uk tv stations, great for mum in thr afternoons. We enjoyed the tabke tennis snd table football. The location was excellent, we had a lovely ses view. And a few minutes by car or short stroll to the many restaurants and bars at the marina. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a splendid villa.

A group of nine of us stayed at Villa Tiempo for seven nights in August 2017. The villa description is spot-on, no discrepancies at all. Arrival was simple using a hire car from the airport, and access was as instructed by the owner. The immediate impression on opening the front door is stunning, and this feeling does not diminish as one goes through the property. The enormous dining table (which seems to be new, much larger than the one in the photos) is ideally placed overlooking the pool and the sea, and the pool itself is the perfect size. There are numerous shaded areas around the pool, and we used it constantly. The kitchen was adequately stocked, although we never worked out how to make the fridge a bit cooler! The washing machine is in a utility room off the kitchen - don't try and use the other one which is outside along the side of the villa! There are numerous pans, plates and cutlery (perhaps a few more bowls could be provided?) and we had no issues with cooking or serving during the week. One thing to note is that the aircon is on a meter (taking one or two Euro coins). There are separate meters for the rooms upstairs and down. This system is really good actually, as it makes you remember to turn it off when the room is not in use. The units are excellent, and cool a room in a couple of minutes. The villa was clean on our arrival. As ever with rented properties, the odd thing could be updated, but nothing worth mentioning - these are always down to tenants being careless, not the owner. We found all we needed to keep it clean. Roy provided excellent customer service, and was informative and pleasant when we met him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone. Puerto Calero is an upmarket, but not expensive, resort away from the somewhat more lively resort of Puerto Del Carmen. There were no lager louts or discos around until the early hours, but the restaurants and bars were open late and were excellent. The marina is very swish, and the people pleasant and helpful. There are a number of boutique shops, although we didn't spend any time in them! The water taxi is a fun gentle ride over to the other resorts, and there is a submarine trip as well as the usual catamaran tours. PDC has all the usual thrill or gentle activities, as well as regular taxis and buses around the island. We certainly hope to stay in Villa Tiempo, or another of Roy's properties again. Amazing villa, spacious with great views. Very close to a big supermarket, and a short walk to the harbour front. Well kitted out kitchen, had everything we needed to cater for our group of 11. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Could maybe do with more towel rails as we struggled to get them dry on the rainy days. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Would definitely come back to the same villa/resort. Pool and snooker table were great, Hosts were excellent, responded to queries very quickly. Left us a much needed welcome pack.

The house was amazing, as the pictures show. We had a really nice stay as the house is big. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Super Villa well equipped with lovely views

We were a multi generation family of 11. We all enjoyed our visit. We had a lack of Air Con -heating in the Lounge which was unfortunate on the one cool day but I assume it would be fixed soon. Everything else worked fine,lots of storage in the bedrooms,and towels in bathrooms. A few more plastic pool ‘ glasses ‘ would be useful. We loved the huge table on the upper deck with the lovely views and comfortable chairs. The children all loved the heated pool and hot tub ,and even the running machine was used. We did find the road up from marina a bit steep with shopping but quite manageable. The inner glazed garden/ staircase to the lower floor ,was a surprise,and made the place very light. The villa had 4 double/king sized bedrooms and 2 rooms with twin beds not the 3 double 3 singles specified when I booked months ago but it didn’t matter to us. We needed a technical son to use the TV. A good holiday was enjoyed by all.

This villa has all you need for a relaxing holiday. It's well equipped for a comfortable stay. Our favourite place was the outside table where we were able to have family meals together and play cards and games in the evening. The area is beautiful and the marina will not disappoint anyone who likes a more civilized environment to holiday in. I certainly recommend a cocktail or two at alchemisty and the seafront bar with the comfy sofa's. Also the ice creams and crepe s are delicious from the vendor too. The hosts are easy to communicate with and are very responsive and helpful with ideas. The welcome pack was indeed welcome, thank you Roy and Jill! You will not be disappointed this place is a gem.

The villa was exactly as stated. As a family of 10 we had loads of space. Villa was spotless as was the pool and hot tub. Thanks to Roy and co for keeping an eye on us much appreciated. Our special family holiday

Taking my whole family on holiday, ages from 10 to 70 years, we needed to find somewhere that would please everyone. Villa Tiempo exceeded all our expectations. It is a beautiful villa, plenty of room for us not to be on top of each other, it has everything we needed in the kitchen and dining out on the terrace was perfect. The swimming pool and games rooms were in constant use. It is well placed for walking down into Puerto de Calero to the restaurants and shops. We all fell in love with the villa and Lanzarote and would recommend both to everyone. Thank you Jill and Roy for providing a beautiful place for people to relax and enjoy. We will certainly return.
