Within our Estate, in a calm and relaxing setting, close to the beaches of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza….

Our small house of 45m², will be suitable for 4 people.
Completely redecorated, it offers a living room open onto an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with dressing room (1 bed 160 and 2x 90), 1 shower room and a WC.

Adjoining another property, but separated for complete privacy by large old wooden panels, it fits into a calm and relaxing setting.

The sheltered terrace offers a dining and rest area.
Reserved parking space.

You can enjoy the beaches of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Wir sind sehr froh, diese schöne Unterkunft gefunden zu haben! Das Häuschen liegt am Ende einer schönen, gepflegten und ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung in natürlicher Umgebung mit Blick auf die Berge in der Ferne. Obwohl es an zwei andere Häuschen angrenzt, bietet es sehr viel Privatsphäre. Auf der uneinsehbaren großen Terrasse kann man ungestört die Ruhe genießen, dem Wind und den Grillen zuhören. Auch im Haus selbst hört man von den Nachbarn nichts, was sehr positiv ist. Gleichzeitig ist man in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt oder zu Fuß in ca. 15 Min. am nächsten Strand. Das Haus war bemerkenswert sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (u.a. 2 Kaffeemaschinen, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Sonnenschirm für den Strand, diverse Küchenutensilien, usw.). Betonen möchten wir außerdem den überaus herzlichen und unkomplizierten Kontakt mit Stéphanie, welche das Haus verwaltet sowie den unkomplizierten Check-in Vorgang, der unserer Anreise entspannt gestaltet hat. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr willkommen und überaus wohl gefühlt und zählen das Häuschen zu den positivsten Ferienunterkünften, in denen wir waren. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Zeit auf der Insel, die unser Herz erobert hat.

L'endroit est très bien situé par rapport aux plages et Bonifacio. Literie vraiment top Terrasse très agréable Pas beaucoup de chaines tv même les principales et la wifi pas top du tout. La salle de bains sans fenêtre et manque d'aération Nous étions souvent dehors mais un peu de tps en tps.

Villa très bien équipée, bien décorée et située à dix minutes de Bonifacio et Porto Vecchio. Très belle vue de la grande terrasse et accueil très cordial avec Stephanie. À deux minutes de la plage de Sant'Amanza. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit paradisiaque. Stationnement à la porte et air climatisé fort apprécié. Vivre dans le maquis mais proche de tous les endroits à voir. Le sud de la Corse est exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons.

Very good place

We spent our honeymoon here, and our stay was perfect. Stephanie helped us find the chalet, welcomed us on arrival and told us about the activities and amenities in the area. The chalet is ideally located in a calm area, yet close to Bonifacio and small hidden beaches and hikes. The chalet itself had everything one would need. It was very clean, lovely decor and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning!
