Built on 2500 m² within our estate, our House offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza.
Surrounded by endemic vegetation, the property encourages relaxation in complete privacy.
The charmingly decorated house has a large fitted kitchen open to a dining room and living room, access to the terraces including a sheltered outdoor dining area with its built-in barbecue.
A bathroom and a toilet.
3 bedrooms, one of which is air conditioned, a bathroom with WC.
The exteriors: a swimming pool (4.5 x 9) with a fitted wooden beach.

Parking area.

You can enjoy the beaches of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Das Objekt und besonders auch der Service vor Ort waren außergewöhnlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung (englisch, französisch) war komplett unkompliziert. Das Haus war umfassend eingerichtet, man fühlte sich von der ersten Stunde an zuhause. Das Grundstück in absolut ruhiger Lage war gepflegt, der Pool traumhaft. Jedes unserer Anliegen wurde sofort von der Verwalterin per WhatsApp gelöst, alles in allem ein top Service. Bäcker und Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants in maximal 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Kleinere Strände mit überwiegend guten Parkmöglichkeiten, Wassersport, Sightseeing in Bonifacio, alles super. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.

la maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse et accueillante. la piscine et le jardin autour sont une merveille. quelques plages très proches (dix minutes à pieds) et bcp d'autres à une distance raisonnable en voiture.

Magnifique Séjour

Maison est très confortable et agréable à vivre avec une très belle vue sur le golfe. les plages sont proches et Bonifacio à quelques minutes, situation parfaite pour se reposer au calme tout en étant à quelques pas de toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos enfants. Nous remercions chaleureusement Stéphanie qui nous a réservé un superbe accueil et prodigué de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons cette location ! et reviendrons certainement très vite !
