Good value for money. Well positioned to explore Nice and surrounding area.

Apartment is clean, spacious, cool and has all essentials you require. You need a car to get around but have private parking space which is very convenient. Village of Biot is very interesting and only 5 mins from apartment. Nice is 20 mins away and can use the park and ride on A8 to access the city by tram for just 5 euros per person ( strongly recommend). Only one problem with property is that there are a lot of mosquitos around due to it being in a wooded area. Just make sure to bring plenty of repellant to wear if outside at dusk and you will be fine. Marianne is lovely host who lives next door and gives you full privacy throughout your stay.

Très bien pour quelques jours dans le Sud !

L’appartement est propre, très fonctionnel. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses. Les deux terrasses sont agréables. On peut garer une voiture. Commerce de proximité accessible facilement en voiture, un peu moins à pied car il n’y a pas de trottoirs tout le long. Très bon séjour, hôte facile à contacter. Je recommande !

Wer Einsamkeit sucht wird hier fündig

In der Wohnung selber war Alles soweit ganz OK, was die Ausstattung betrifft. Den Küchenutensilien, etwas in die Jahre bekommen, täte eine up-grade gut. Sauberkeit bedarf einer Überprüfung. Überall Spinnweben in den Ecken und der Boden auch nicht feucht gewischt vor Ankunft. Der Aussenbereich eine Enttäuschung. Zugang zugewachsen, Terrasse vor dem Haus von Unkraut durchzogen und der Blick vom Balkon auf den verwilderten Garten des Nachbarn. Hieß für uns, Unkraut zupfen, Putzzeug kaufen und Hand anlegen. Dann konnten wir uns wohlfühlen. Straße und Zufahrt zum Haus ist eher etwas für SUVs und keine Wendemöglichkeit vorhanden. Parkplatz nur für ein Auto ausreichend. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut, da sehr ruhige und nette Nachbarn.

tolle Ferienwohnung

vom Check in bis zur Abreise alles super. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit einer Terrasse im Grünen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht weit zur Stadt und zum Meer. Es gibt auch einen schönen Wanderweg nach Biot. Sehr gerne wieder

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable en famille dans le gite de Marianne qui s'est montrée très disponible pour notre accueil et très à l'écoute au cours de notre séjour. Un lieu confortable, bien équipé et très calme que nous recommandons.

Séjour reposant à Biot

Notre meilleure expérience de location à Biot où nous séjournons souvent. La maison est sur le flan d'un petit coteau, au calme, à 1 km environ du village. L'appartement est très propre. L'équipement est complet et fonctionnel. Nous avons pu profiter du soleil sur la terrasse. Nous avons trouvé tous les produits de base à notre arrivée et même une bouteille de rosé au frais. Très bon accueil des hôtes, à la fois réactifs, disponibles et discrets. Nous séjournons toujours volontiers à Biot qui est moins chaotique que la côte et plus immergé dans la nature sans être trop loin de la mer et des grands axes.

La maison correspond en tous points à nos attentes. Elle est spacieuse et confortable. La propriétaire laisse tous les produits de base, ce qui est très agréable. Les literies sont très confortables. L'accueil est agréable. Si besoin, j'y retournerais très volontiers.
