Our apartment constitutes the village home ground floor located by the cliff above the "Biot glassmaking". It is on the last small village place from there you can enjoy the beautiful sea and valley view.

Peaceful place to stay

The apartment is simple, but is well designed and has everything you need for a holiday. The location in Biot is really beautiful, with seating outside on a peaceful square, where you can take a morning coffee in the sun, or enjoy cool evening breezes. The owners are very helpful, without ever being intrusive. After a day on the beach or out sight seeing, this is a great place to return in the evening and either cook at home or eat out in one of the many restaurants or cafes in Biot. The village itself is an amazing place to explore, but it is hilly and has cobbled streets, so pack comfortable shoes.

Biot is beautiful and the apartment is very quaint. My dad is 84 and walks with a stick and so the cobblestones and hilly alleys were a challenge that he probably wouldn’t do again but it was gorgeous, we loved it and I’ll definitely be returning to Biot.

Strategicamente perfetto essendo a 10 minuti da Antibes e 25 da Nizza e Cannes, il posto è davvero accogliente e con ogni comfort. La proprietaria è davvero collaborativa.

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet.Allerdings war es sehr heiß und es kühlte leider nie ab..so dass es in der Wohnung immer sehr warm war .....aber dafür können die netten Vermieter nichts.

Feucht und nicht sauber.

Das erste mal in meinem Leben bin ich in ein Apartment eingetreten und wollte eigentlich gleich wieder gehen. Ich war entsetzt, dass man soetwas an Urlauber vermietet. Feucht, Geruch nach Schimmel, der einzige Kleiderschrank roch nach Feuchtig, der Kühlschrank war schmutzig und klebrig( war angeblich gereinigt wurden) die Bettwäsche war feucht und roch auch so. Alles in allem war es so schlimm, dass wir uns entschieden haben in der Hauptsaison diese Unterkunft nach 30 Minuten zu verlassen. Die Toilette ist zwischen der Küche und dem Schlafzimmer. Also um aus der Küche in das Schlafzimmer zu gelangen muss man durch die Toilette an einer Dusche vorbei die noch nicht einmal eine Kabine ist. Als wir das Fenster geöffnet haben, roch es nach Kompost( der wohl in der Nähe ist und nach Abwasser). Das hat uns dann den Rest gegeben. Es ist eine günstige Unterkunft und wir haben nicht viel Luxus erwartet. Aber Sauber sollte es schon sein. Und feucht und schimmelig darf es auch nicht riechen. Das Apartment ist mit im haus der Vermieter untergebracht. Es hat keinen richtigen eigenen Eingang. Man geht in das Apartment so rein, als ob man in ein anderes Zimmer geht. Man hat keine richtige Privatsphäre. Nachdem ich den Vermieter darum gebeten habe mir mein Geld zu erstatten, habe ich einen Teil erhalten, kurz danach aber eine Mail, dass man aber darüber nachdenkt von mir auf juristischen Wege den kompletten Betrag einzuklagen den ich bezahlt hatte. Nach diesem Reinfall haben wir zum Glück in Valbonne einen Wohnung gefunden, die größer war und teurer, dafür aber nicht feucht, sauber nicht schimmelig und komplett ausgestattet. Und diese Wohnung befand sich in Valbonne Village auch in einem alten Gebaüde. Nur war diese ordentlich renoviert. Eine Waschmaschine fehlte in Biot auch. Meiner Meinung nach gehört diese in eine ferienwohnung. Anders kenne ich das auch nicht. Ich persönlich rate von dieser Unterkunft ab.

An herrlich ruhigem Platz gelegen.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Wohnung mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet inkl. großem Sonnenschirm für‘s Frühstück vor der Wohnung ... und der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung ist auch nicht mehr so dramatisch, wenn man den Schleichweg auf der Karte, die die Vermieterin mitschickt kennt (gleich nach der porte de Tine rechts halten!)

Bonne santé requise pour cette location....

Accessibilité: nous avons été très étonnés par la distance et la montée abrupte à pied ( sur des pavés ronds ), la voiture devant rester sur un parking éloigné. Après 10 heures de route, ce fut une surprise plutôt désagréable, ce qui n'était pas précisé sur le site internet. Nous n'avons pas pu recevoir nos enfants ( avec un bébé ) à cause de cette pente. Le logement, au calme sur une petite place du village, confort sommaire, pas de vmc dans la salle de bains ni de chauffage dans la chambre. Accueil; la propriétaire a été à notre écoute et nous a aidé à monter et descendre nos bagage. Contact satisfaisant avec la propriétaie.

Bewertung Ferienwohnung

Wir sind bereits mehrere Male zu Gast gewesen. Der Ort ist sehr romantisch und gefällt uns ausgesprochen gut. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Ortskern an einem ruhigen freien Platz, von dem man einen Blick bis zum Mittelmeer hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Studio an sehr schönem Platz!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, romantisch gelegen am Ende eines kleinen Platzes. Wunderbar ist der Ausblick, man sieht das Meer und die Hügel um Biot.Das Studio ist nicht riesig, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wenn man nicht verzichten will, kann man auch über Satellit deutsches Fernsehen empfangen. Viel schöner aber ist es in lauschiger Abendluft direkt vor dem Studio auf dem Platz zu sitzen, etwas zu lesen, den Katzen und Kindern beim Spielen zuzusehen und einen Pastis zu trinken. Viele Tage kann man damit verbringen durch das Dorf zu streifen und immer neue kleine Gässchen und Blumenarrangements zu entdecken. Die Gegend um Biot eignet sich für tolle Wanderausflüge, Stadtbummel in Nizza, Cannes oder Antibes, oder einfach relaxen am Strand. Mag man es künstlerisch, wird man in Biot inspiriert. Glasmalerei, Töpferhandwerk und kunstvolle kleine Dinge sind in den vielen kleinen Läden der Fussgängerzone zu finden. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht!
