Very roomy house, great for large groups. Excellent location. Good communication and very responsive host. We had a few issues that were resolved immediately. The basement is a bit musty/damp. Grill was not great. Host said they would be replacing it.

Fantastic stay! We stayed here for a retreat with international students. Great space, plenty of room, beautiful setting, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was exceptional.

This property was PERFECT for our group of 10 men! It was clean, fun, and set up for a perfect environment for a group of friends! The hot tub out back was perfect and the views are stunning. The hosts are the kindest and best people to work with and we will be back and hopefully make this a yearly event!

The Walton Mountain Lodge was perfect for our group of 13 adults and 3 small children. The many bedrooms allowed each couple or family to have a room for themselves, and the kids could nap in the basement bedrooms without being disturbed by everyone else upstairs. The large kitchen had everything we needed (including a hand mixer, which we needed to make homemade ice cream 4 nights in a row ;-). The large dining table worked quite well for our large group, for both eating and table games, with some people using the picnic tables on the deck when needed. We were happy to have ceiling fans in each of the upper bedrooms, as it was in the mid-90s for most of the days we were there. It was a very good place to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday!

Our massive group of 28 people stayed here by renting both the main lodge and the adjacent cottage together. It was the ultimate setup. If you are planning a large family reunion or a big group getaway, this property is absolutely flawless. Every single room was completely clean, fresh, and ready for our arrival. The outdoor hot tub was a massive hit for relaxing after a long day of exploring. An awesome zip line runs right beside the lodge, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The host was incredibly helpful and provided crystal-clear check-in and property instructions. The road leading up to the property has lots of sharp turns, making it a very fun and adventurous drive to navigate. Manitou Springs itself is absolutely gorgeous and full of historic charm. We loved exploring the town's local shops and eating at the fantastic nearby restaurants.
